We live close to this Starbucks which is the main reason we come here, plus we always are greeted with a warm welcoming by the employees! There are 2 young ladies that I will always remember besides my daughter because how they both took our orders. It becomes personable when someone really listens, pays attention and helps give suggestions. My apologies if I forgot their names, but my daughter said the sweet young lady with red color hair and the other sweet young lady with black curly hair. I believe her name is Anna? Thank you for always making us feel like we belong here and that we're tended to!!Kid-friendliness: Makes my daughter feel welcomed and important as as a a regular customer!

didn’t have drinks ready at the given pick up time so we waited an extra 20 minutes. then we had to have them remake them because they used the wrong milk and my friend is lactose intolerant which took an extra 30 minutes.. the girl who remade them had an attitude about it too

This review is actually a *Zero * Im going to keep it short ! This Starbucks is the Most hit or miss place on the planet ! Sometimes the food and drink is Good , and Sometimes it's not ! I ordered a grilled cheese and a mocha , the mocha tasted like sh*t , and the grilled cheese was good , but a little to crispy on one side at the bottom of the sandwich ! ( How is that even possible? Lol ) Anyway I called to tell them I was coming in for a refund , I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn't a manager on duty . and I was told by Krystal , ( who answered the phone ) , that I could get a refund , anyway I went back and they gave me the run around , and I went back and forth with 3 diffrent people , and the Manager ! I didn't get her name , Can I tell you I went back and forth with her in the drive thru, she literally refused to refund me my money !! I showed her my purchase in the app , and she still didn't want to refund me , she wanted to put the purchase back on my app . I didn't want that ,..I wanted cash , I'm never going back to Starbucks ! She gave me some sob story , about getting in trouble , I told her I didn't care...after about 10 minutes of arguing ...She told me to pull to the front , to get my refund . I did and she had another employee bring me my refund ! It was a lot that went on with this whole ordeal! They didn't have any stoppers , or sleeves . Which is unacceptable when your spending $6.00 for some coffee ! Starbucks is going downhill in my opinion...i'm noticing that all of there locations have mediocre/fake service , and it always seems to be something with them lately ( No napkins , stoppers , thin straws , ext ) I'm writing a letter to there Corporate office for the poor service and mediocre coffee . To put it short *Fcccck Starbucks *

Is there an option for 0 stars because this Starbucks sucks! Happy Thanksgiving, I'm thankful for having to wait longer than anyone else (even longer than other customers who ordered after me wtf!) I'm also thankful for walking into an establishment that seems to hire the most annoying and superficial people I've ever seen. The whole experience makes me nauseous. Thank you for ruining my appetite this Thanksgiving Starbucks.

Very slow service at this location. By the time we received our order at the window our Impossible breakfast sandwiches were not as hot as at other locations. The young man at the drive up window was very personable and apologetic for our wait and our order was correct including the napkins we requested.Vegetarian options: Starbucks Impossible breakfast sandwiches are delicious, even more so when they are piping hot!

This Starbucks has some serious ego issues. Whenever it gets busy they REFUSE to let you look for your own mobile, but instead make one of their employees do it and insult you for $15.50 an hour! When I went in last a male employee asked me how long I'd placed the mobile and I said around 30 minutes ago, he then proceeded to argue with me about how it was placed 20 minutes ago not 30. Girl I did not come in here to fight with a minimum wage worker I came in to get my ONE DRINK ORDER.
