Stopped in yesterday on my way out of town. No one at the counter for service. After a short wait, finally owner/ manager said someone will help shortly. Placed order and girl was not putting proper items on sandwich. When I commented- manager said she has it right! No she didn’t!! Then I realized she didn’t put 2x the cheese choice, that comes with that sandwich ( All American Club), when I got to my destination. So the service was poor and the owner/ manager was rude and disrespectful. I paid by credit card and didn’t put a tip on my charge & and she wasn’t happy. I was ( and did put a cash tip in their jar). That's how I do it, so additional fees don’t add up on my card. The server saw me do it, but didn’t acknowledge it with a thank you or anything. I will never go back and will use another local subway.

I ordered my sandwich online for pick up with extra meat and this is what they gave me I promise I will never go here again I’m going to stick to going to the one on741 E Monte Vista Avenue, Albertson'sCenter, Vacaville, CA 95688 everything’s better there . correct serving portions , Very respectful staff

The employee was very rude and wouldn't accept a coupon so I had to pay full price for the sandwich.I checked the receipt when I got home, and the reason the coupon didn't work is because she charged me for the wrong chicken that didn't qualify for the promo.Then she said they didn't have a bathroom.As a blue collar worker our hands get dirty, and a place that serves food should allow their customers to wash their hands!!She said:"You can use the hand sanitizer on the wall"WHAT ????Sure, let me mix the dry mud on my hands with alcohol ( sanitizer), then eat my sandwich.Sounds like a great idea.The store also smelled like if the bathroom has a plumbing issue, that's probably why they don't let anyone use the bathroom to wash your hands.Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other subway in town, but this one.You lost a new customer!!Horrible service !!

I was the only customer at 6:30 pm, no hello or welcome. I should’ve walked out. But I reluctantly I ordered a BOGO (buy one get one) footlong sandwich offer. Long story short, she gave me half the meat on both of my footlong sandwiches… Instead of BOGO, this Subway should advertise B2GO ( Buy Two get one)! I weighed my sandwiches when I got home and both sandwiches weighed 8oz each. I can honestly say I won’t return to this establishment during this lifetime.

I’m not sure what these other people are complaining about. I use this subway very often. Always nice to me and food is always fresh.Parking: Easy in and out if you can driveKid-friendliness: Always friendly to my kids.

Horrible service. I never write reviews but this service was so aweful I’m going to. I did curbside pickup. When I arrive at the location it’s empty inside. I go on the app and click the “I’m here” button, which it then says to “stay in your car so the staff can recognize you.” I sit there for 10 minutes watching these girls stare at me before one decides to bring me the food. When she does she tells me they don’t offer curbside during lunch time. I simply and kindly responded, “oh, it didn’t say that on the app” she responds “well, we’re only two people. I don’t mind if it’s an old person but if you’re young you need to walk and come get your food” then rudely walked away. The attitude wasn’t needed, and I could understand if they were busy, but the store was EMPTY. Y’all were not busy. The attitude was not necessary. Very poor service, sorry you had to walk a very difficult extra 20 steps today out the store and do your job.

No where on the website does it says NO CURBSIDE AFTER 4PM. But that's what the Subway employee yelled at me, very rudely as she threw my bag of food in the window of my car.If they don't want curbside service, can't they turn it off? I don't know, but her customer service needs some opportunity training.My steak sandwich was also soooo dry, I had to add additional mayo at home. Maybe it was retaliation for requesting curbside service??

I’m sad to report a 1 star review. I enjoy leaving positive reviews but after my visit last week I see what others are saying now.Came in with my wife about a week ago to grab 2 sandwiches and the lady running the shop acted like she hated her job.My wife requested jalapeño cheddar bread (which they no longer serve) and needed time to reconsider her order. The lady running the shop rolled her eyes and sighed and proceeded to rudely ask me if I knew what I wanted. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and proceeded to order.Meat could not be seen from the customer’s point of view.I asked for my tomatoes to be cut in half and she told me that was against policy? I confirmed that she had a knife and was unwilling to cut 2 tomatoes in half instead of giving me 4 tomatoes… what’s the logic in arguing with the customer to give them less product? She told me she would this one time but was “against corporate policy” to cut tomatoes in half. I have never heard this before.My wife also had issues with asking for extra olives. She had to ask 3 different times. Lady gives very little when you ask for extra.The store smelled like the bathroom has a plumbing issue.Do yourself a favor and go to literally any subway in town but this one.

If I could give a restaurant zero stars, I would give it to this place. The food itself tasted fine but when we had tried to ask for a bit extra of lettuce and spinach she would act like she couldn't hear then said "there's already plenty, i can't give more," wish i took a picture because it wasn't i promise or else i wouldn't have asked for more. Then had i known about the "hospitality," i just would have went somewhere else entirely. Walked in asking about an order pickup and she looked at us dirty and said "it's not done," which is fine but why would you say it's done on the phone if it wasn't? And it doesn't stop there, the SAME lady who served us was on the phone actually COMPLAINING about us while we were patiently waiting. Idk if she thought just cause it was in a different language we wouldn't understand but we were able to understand every word. That's why when we she looked up and saw us staring at her like "wtf" she looked right back down. Now I usually don't have time to write a complete review like this and COMPLAIN but, this restaurant sucked so bad I had to tell everyone to not come here. The lady was rude, disrespectful, had a terrible attitude toward us. 0/10 place, go to a different subway if you decide to go. This is by far, the WORST subway of my life.

Never againThis is what we got! There is nothing on these and this is the worst sandwich I have ever seen!! Both asandwiches are TERRIBLE! Very disappointing!!

Last time going to this SubwayVery rude workers no customer service. Very lazy they just throw your sandwich together they don't listen to what you want putting wrong items in sandwich. The bread is always hard tomatoes are green the older lady appears to be tired maybe need some fresh employees or new ownership. Went to another subway today what a difference. Maybe the store on monte vista Albertsons can go to the golden hills subway in Vacaville and train them.

I wanted an Italian BMT, but to remove the pepperoni and replace with salami. The sandwich already comes with salami, but they refused to do that.Here's the problem with that:I am not asking for extra meat, I'm asking for replacement of one of the three meats on the sandwich with one of the other meats. You're not losing out on profit by doing this. You're trying to charge me the same $ for a sandwich with less product in it.On top of that, the guy taking my order was barely audible, and wasn't listening to me.I've gone to Subway at many locations over the years and done this exact sandwich. You wanna be obtuse, fine. You lost a customer. I went to the Subway on Peabody, and they made it for me with no fuss.Your loss, their gain. Go to the Peabody one, they'll take care of you. Don't waste your time or money on this one.

It's really zero stars . I'm like literally upset . I ordered a Italian bmt online. I wanted extra black olives and banana peppers and all I've see was like 6 or less on there !? I go inside and tell them I asked for extra and for them to tell me they did is a slap in the face ! 6 or less black olives and banana peppers is NOT EXTRA ! I'm an Amazon driver I come on my lunch break a times. I will definitely not come back to this location at all after this ! I wish i had tooken a picture but i went right into the store when i noticed this . Check your sandwiches cause if you ask for extra their definition of extra is literally like 6 or less slices .

I ordered a 6 inch monster and got a couple pieces of meat and mostly bread.This isn't the first time that they've given me a Sandwich with almost no meat in it. Please don't go to this place so that they're forced to sell it.
