I walked in and was ignored the whole time I stood there. There was an elderly gentleman behind the counter, who appeared to be training someone which was fine. Yet, he was in slow motion, making sandwiches for a large pick up order. He would stop what he was doing and go in the back and talk to her for a few minutes and come back out. Still no hello no welcome in. I stood there for a while. I waited to be acknowledged, I waited to give my order, and I was completely ignored, I turned around and left and went to a different subway which I will do from now on.

I pick up lunch for my friend once in awhile and they request Subway often since it's simple. There is a subway closer to my residence on Alamo but I will go out of my way to this location. Better customer service and polite. The vibes at Alamo subway are very negative. This location was all positive vibes and quick and efficient.

Closed what i assume to be 15 minutes early, doors locked still customers inside. No hours posted. Very dimly lit and kind of run down looking. Maybe im glad i didnt get to eat here

Pitiful sandwich! We made an online order today and what we unwrapped when it got home was one hell of a disappointment. The cold cut trio was ordered with provolone cheese and extra mustard but came without cheese and barely any mustard at all. The amount of veggies on it is an absolute joke! There's barely any veggies at all! There's literally 1 olive on it! Shame on you for sending this out the door! It was an online order so we weren't there to watch the employee make the sandwiches and this is what you serve?! Nope, not going back here again
This Subway is the absolute worst. I work in healthcare and get off at Midnight. It is a complete gamble if they will be open or not. I have had the girl lock the door on me when I'm walking up just feet away. She just shrugs when I try to ask her if she's closing for the night or taking a break. They say 24 hours, but when you get to the store there's a posting that they are open until 2am. Well it's only 1am so what the hell? They have been closed at midnight at least 10 times on me. I want to stop going there but my only other option is fast-food.
