I go there frequently I bought a usual number 11 with chipotle. The one side of the bread had very little chipotle I asked for mayonnaise there was no mayonnaise and there was very little meat. Lots lots of vegetables It seemed the refrigeration in their case, had not been working properly. There had been billed up ice on the vegetable Buckets made the vegetables almost frozen that holds the vegetables. I’m googling because there was no none and really stingy on their condiments. Very disappointed.

Good place for a late night craving. Only disappointments are the soda machine (out two nights in a row) and one of the two disabled persons tables was too filthy to sit at. The sandwiches were good but not consistent from one night to the next.

The customer service is horrible. The server seemed annoyed the entire process of the order. She didn't want to give bare minimal toppings leaving much of the inside of the sandwich bare. She only gave 2 napkins for 4 sandwiches. We were the ONLY CUSTOMERS too. Highly recommend you choose a different Subway plus this Subway is hard to get too. Not the worth the horrible service!!

Had not been to a subway restaurant in a while and just felt like a sub. So many new choices but I went with a classic cold cut combo. It really hit the spot. Will have to go back and try some of the new sandwiches they have out now.

Placed an order through the Subway app for two foot longs with curbside pick up. Got there 10m before it was supposed to be ready & there was no designated parking for pick up. Parked in a random spot & waited until pick up time, no sandwiches. Walked in & they had a line, the shelved tower for app orders was behind the counter, so I asked the lady at the register where app orders were. I had to repeat myself a couple times, then she said it was their lunch rush & it wasn't ready yet. I asked how much longer it would take & she said 15-20m that they had their lunch rush right now. She then just walked off. My order was placed before these people were even in line! I waited about five more minutes & they were just helping the people in line & ignoring me. I told her I couldn't wait any longer, as I was on my lunch break & had kids in the car. I asked her how to cancel the order in my app, she didn't know & said she had to wait for the manager. Who was further up the line making sandwiches. The gal offered to make mine right then, so I asked how long that would take? She found my receipt from beside the register & started looking at it. Right then the manager walked over & took the receipt & started punching stuff into the register, then she handed me a receipt. Never said a word. I asked if she cancelled the order & she just nodded. She was Hispanic with braces. Horrible customer service! They only want to serve customers old school style & can't get with the times. There are lots of Subways around me, I will not be returning. Wasted 20m of my time & my gas for nothing.

Would NOT recommend this place. Came in with my friend who finally got me to laugh. My life past 3 years: lost nephew, niece, husband of 40 years, since I was 15, taking care of brother on hospice and sister who has Alzheimer’s. I NEVER get to laugh and I felt my mood was zapped out of me. I usually over tip happily because it’s a hard hard job. But not once did she even smile. I know it was 20 minutes before closing, but come on, to people who are being nice and spending 50.00 at my store. Don’t ask for extra oil and vinegar!! Patty

I cannot reccomend this location. Eat a lot of subway, and lots of locarions throughout the USA, never have I been told that there is a limit the number of different types of veggies on a sandwich. When we asked for everything we were told no we could only have 2 types per sandwich. Will not come here again.

I picked up an order for my friend who is at Kaiser last night and when I walked in the entire place stunk like a wet dog. Almost made me throw up it was so bad. Other than that the sandwich was good and staff was friendly.
