I saw this food truck at Vacaville outlets and decided to give them a try. I'm always down to try a new local spot and I will rarely turn down a burger. Employees were super friendly and service was quick. I had the cheese smash burger and I was not disappointed. Smash burgers can be hit or miss for me because they can get super dry and over cooked but this one was cooked to perfection. Ingredients tasted fresh and it was delicious. They had condiments out but I chose not to use them so I could get a better taste of the burger itself and it was seasoned well. Price was good for what I got and it was cooked and ready to go in just a few minutes which made it a perfect option for a work day lunch.

Had a tri-tip sandwich. Dry meat on a dry roll, no flavor whatsoever. To be fair let me say I had the version they serve at bingo, maybe there is a difference.

The pulled pork was off the chain!!! And even had a walker by ask about the garlic fries I had smashed on top and they bought some! Really made my first days

The truck was signed up for the Orchard elementary school carnival. The carnival ran from 5 to 8. By 6 o clock they were out of all drinks and sandwiches so nothing but hot dogs and french fries left. So I bought anyway and it still took half an hour to get food. Orders coming out every 5 minutes. So miss managed.

Advertise as a bbq truck, their menu was; vegetarian rice bowel, bbq sandwich, hotdog bacon wrapped hotdog and fry variations. Paid $50 (including tip) for mediocre food. If you’re going to say your a bbq truck 1) don’t list bbq sandwich second on the menu 2) don’t slip some janky pulled chicken in a hotdog bun 3) charging $14 for said janky pulled chicken is ridiculous. 9/10 would not recommend.

We had the chicken BBQ sandwich which was OK. The buns were huge. We also got an order of fries and they were great! I did think it was tacky to charge 8.38% for using a credit card and calculating the tip on top of the sales tax and the credit card fee.

I lucked out finding these folks. I had them cater my wedding with 160 people and i couldnt be happier. The food was absolutly delisious and there crew was so helpful. They event went over and beyond helping us serve the cake qitch wasnt talked about until the day of. I would definitly recomend using Teddys Backyard Bbq to anyone. Very profesional.

Poor food and even poorer service. I even gave it a second chance but was not worth the 'hype.' Oh well.

This food truck has been at Fiesta Days for years. They now have an additional booth where offered a pineapple fried rice bowl that was bomb! The food is amazing & the food truck has upgraded the amazing quality that is offered. Thanks Teddy.

I shouldn't even give a star as a rating. The food was cold and disgusting. Made everyone sick. The owners are rude and not courteous to their customers. No customer should be sworn at and cussed out by the little man who runs this business.

First time trying Teddy's famous BBQ. Teddy the owner and also my trainer and owner for Artillery Outlaws in Vacaville had a booth for fiesta days in Vacaville May 22-26th. I went the first day with my oldest sister and my oldest niece. Coming straight from working out.... Sweaty, stinky and exhausted ... But still wanting to try his BBQ and to support his businesses. I'm usually more a seafood lover so let me try this MEAT and let's see if he can sway my vote on what meat should taste like! so We threw on our Maxi dresses, freshened up and headed to Main Street. LET'S GO GIRLS! Weather was perfect, steady but yet had a nice breeze whipping our hair in the wind. (It might look like were trying to be sexy but were really airing it out from our kick a** workout earlier! SHHH don't tell nobody!) so we finally found his booth. I ordered the half pulled pork and half Tri-tip sandwich which he calls it the "Frankenstein", my niece got the pull pork sandwich and my sister got the Tri tip sandwich and we shared his potato salad! It was AMAZING! We sat on the steps and devoured that sandwich! Tried to look lady like with our maxis and hair blowing in the wind but that didn't work at all. definitely coming back and trying his pesto panini!! if you haven't tried his BBQ yet you need to! Check it out! GET YOUR EAT ON!
