Uncooked steel cut oats that is actually uncooked old fashioned oat meal. Could not figure out how to make a coffee. Forgot second whole meal. When asked why other folks got the same order before us the server became snide, short, impatient and disrespectful. Lectured us on how to fix the order they blundered. Sad the staff acts unprofessionally. Uncooked oatmeal.

We've stayed here multiple times on our way to ski at Lake Thoe. It allows my wife to hit the outlet malls, now for our new granddaughter. As we have a bunch of luggage and hotel has no elevator, I asked for a ground floor room when I checked-in, as the Marriott chat function hadn't worked the day before. As I have status with Marriott, my upgraded room was on the 2nd floor, but the helpful receptionist, when I said we only need a king bed, did the magic and produced a ground floor room, 10 steps away from one of the entrances and 10 steps from our car in the park. Room was just fine, bathroom clean, bed comfortable and furniture was cream coloured, which made it brighter yet. Can't think of any reason not to stay here in future years.

This hotel is right in the heart of all the shops in Vacaville. I stayed on a business trip and it was very easy to go out to eat or pick up personal items from the stores. The room was clean and comfortable. The best part was the included breakfast each morning. Will definitely stay here next time I return to Vacaville.

this is a business Motel type hotel. most rooms the same except a few special ones. its priced accordingly. well I must say though that the service was first rate. front desk were amazing and they were overly helpful even. thank you guys. they also upgraded me to one of the big rooms they had which was fantastic. big bedroom, great TV services, kitchen facilities. I cant speak highly enough for their good ole genuine American service. as for the location....it was opposite the factory outlets. may I say these outlets were amazing.....the most stores ive seen. also next door they have a fantastic market store as well. highly recommend!

We always stop here on our way up to the mountains and skiing. If we have just arrived at SFO, it's a short hop from there and it allows my wife to hit the Outlet Mall across the road from the hotel. Always a friendly welcome and the rooms are set on a square around the pool on 3 levels. Room was clean and bright and comfortable, with easy access to shopping and restaurants by car or by foot. After 2 nights, check-out was easy and quick.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip. The king room was very nice and the bed comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good. I would recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay in Vacaville.

Had the Tomato soup was fantastic ! Reap tasty, had the chicken quesadilla, it was very good too! Loved this place!

While the food was fine here, it also helps to know what to expect going in. It is your classic hotel food for a chain hotel/restaurant. Nothing to get excited about! But not horrible either! You also don't have any other sit-down options within walking distance, unless you know your way around this area, which a good map app will help you with.
