The gentleman managing this location is a rockstar. Sat here for 10-15 mins in awe of his candor, customer service and quality of product being churned out. In an era where too few us are dedicated to taking supreme pride in our labor…. This man at the helm here is the exception to that quandary. Way to go Togo’s… yet to have a bad meal at one of your establishments no matter where I go. Cheers

We LOVE Togos! The owner is super nice and the food was GREAT! Portions were plentiful and large. We got regulars, they were stuffed full, and filled us up perfectly! The store was clean and had a good selection on music playing. We will be back! Thank you Makhan for the service!

The worst sandwich I ever had. They took so long to make a bad sandwich. Togos was very good at 1 time. I will never go to the one in Vacaville.

This has become my top spot for sandwiches ever since I discovered it. Their cheesesteak is unbeatable! I've tried cheesesteaks at Togo's in Vallejo and Fairfield, but the Vacaville store's flavor is just on another level. I find myself constantly craving it and attempting (unsuccessfully) to resist getting it every week. Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly. Once, I arrived just as they were closing, but they made my sandwich anyway. I highly recommend their sandwiches, especially from this location.

Used to be my go to sandwich shop. I just picked up a large number 9 (hot pastrami) with extra meat it was mediocre at best and the real kicker was the price $23.45 for one sandwich no drink or chips

Had to try the French Dip. I've been on a search for the best French Dip since my go to spot closed. I must say I was spectacle at first. After trying it I would say it's not bad. It's not out of this world but for a chain restaurant it gets a B+ for the French Dip. The Au Jus was a little too salty for my taste.

Just went to this location yesterday. I would say employees are nice yet they move so fast they do a lot of mistakes. My husband wanted a pastrami sandwich and she made a turkey. He was nice enough to decide to keep that one. I ended up ordering the pastrami so we can share. I ordered a large and made it clear I wanted a large a few times to make sure it was correct. When I got home I noticed I got a regular sized sandwich. Overall good food, people are nice, but would be better if you got what you ask for.

If i could give this Togos 10 stars i would! The food is always fresh and good, but the service is AMAZING!!I work at Kaiser in the ICU so it's difficult to leave the hospital for a pick up. We door dashed our order, and some of our order was missing,( due to conflicting orders) but the staff at Togo's sent out another door dasher to deliver to us. Upon further investigation, we noticed another sandwich was missing, i called the store and spoke to the owner Dabb, he corrected our order and personally drove to to the hospital for us! We were so grateful. Words can't express.Thank you so much Dabb and staff at the Vacaville Togos for being such amazing people!
This is a good location to make sure you get a good sandwich. But that new bread called the Dutch crunch is gross. For some reason it is semi sweet, barely sweet, not really sweet. It doesn't have a crunch to it more has a effect to where it sucks all the moisture from your esophagus. Oh no the other brands and everything else is good I don't recommend the Dutch crunch.

I had 3 boxes of sandwiches catered for a party. Everything was ready on time, made exactly as ordered and the price was right! Dabb, the general manager was friendly and also honored the original quoted price. We will go back when we need catering.

Went in today for a soda and found out it's under new ownership. Super impressed with the service the cleanliness. Completely different than the last time I was in which was years ago. You could tell the owner takes such pride in his business and serving his customers. We chatted with him for a bit, super enjoyable gentleman. Staff was great too!! By the way, went and did some shopping and went back for a sandwich to go:)

The newish owner seems to really care about customer service as well as keeping it real on the franchise regulations. It has not disappointed ever in the least, and I love me a good sandwich. This place is always like old faithful and they always deliver.
