Don’t eat here, I promise it’ll be your 13th reason. The food is not what it use to be at any Wingstop. They gave me these tiny boneless 8 piece that they just tossed in bbq sauce and Parmesan. Smaller than half of my palm of my hand. $16.99 for a combo the size of a toddler menu. Tasted like freezer burn with sauce on it. Save your money, you worked to hard for it.

The Worst Wingstop ever. Clearly the owner has to be loosing money because the customer complaints about this place are justified. My wings were soggy and over seasoned to the point that they were inedible. This was my second time eating here and the first time the wings had no season (dry rub)at all.I will never eat here again!!!

Half the time our order isn't ready by pickup, they make substitutions when somethings out with checking with us first, they forget items, and the managers are rude. I get fast food is stressful, I've been there, but it's honestly unacceptable having to wait another hour because they forgot our order, and then got it wrong with substitutions I didn't ask for without even asking me. No refund just 10 free boneless wings that they cost me an extra 20 mins of waiting.

Tonight my husband asked twice for a drink he was pretty sure I paid for only to be told twice BY THE MANAGER that he didn’t pay for one.I asked for a refund and they wanna give me some free fries. This place has always been full of teenagers with bad attitudes.

I called at 9:08 at night and had my order takin by the manger Tanya. When I arrived 20 minutes later they couldn’t find my order and when they finally did the order was put in wrong therefore I had to wait another 15 minutes. The manger was no apologetic at all and did nothing but offer me another order of fries smh. The food was also undercooked. Wouldn’t recommend this location very poor service.

Placed an order in person and waited 25 minutes for the order. Checked with the person who took my order and they forgot to start it . I had wait and 20 minutes for the order. Horrible service. It’s seem that they give priority to DoorDash over in person

Ordered Wingstop on the phone and wanted 20 wings and 2 sauces and it came out to $31.31 not realizing there was a deal for 20 wings 4 sauces and a large fry for 16.99 plus tax came out to 21.59 witch ya I should of looked it up! Also the manager (Marvin) that was taking my order on the phone could have offered me the deal if he knew I was ordering 20 wings! So I pick up my food and told Marvin about the deal and asked him nicely if he could just cancel my order and re order it as the 20 piece deal and just make me some fries since I already have the wings and he told me no I would have to order again and I told him but it's the same thing and it saves me $10 but he wouldn't do it I guess he just wanted to rip customers off! He told me to come better prepared next time and to do my research before ordering. Marvin has Very poor customer service and I don't recommend ordering from this wing stop! Poor service poor solutions food was cold when I picked it up on time

It's no wonder why this location is performing it flat-out nasty inside and very grimy this location could benefit a deep clean the doors are so dirty all that black stuff on the door is grime just like the dirty ass floor have a company come in and scrub the floor!

This store is an embarrassment to the chain.The tables and chairs were dirty, the whole time we were there, not one employee came out and cleaned anything, there weren't even any trash cans to be seen. The bathrooms had no paper towels. I believe the store manager took our order, and we felt very unwelcome. We won't be back, and we will not recommend this store.

I have eaten at Davis wingstop tons of times and have had great fries every time. I asked for well done fries and what I got was the opposite. My fries were not only not well done but they were stale . Had a soggy leftover fry consistency and was just really disappointing because to top it off they charge more here than in Davis
