This place has the best bagels I’ve ever had in SoCal. It can be super busy so come with some patience. Also if you don’t arrive early enough they do run out of certain bagels later in the day. Definitely try the Nova Lox Sandwich or the Breakfast BLT and you will be so happy with your choice. Also just getting a plain bagel or everything bagel with shmear is super yummy too. I definitely can’t wait to visit again!!
I was in the store this morning for a dozen bagel and shmear and it took longer to order because you have to line to the cashier before you can place the order and the cashier is the one in charge to take your order basically do everything (placing them in the box, slicing, etc.) then pay. It was more systematic before.The cashier who was wearing a "DUKE" hat was, rude and got an attitude problem.

Noah's bagels has NO bagels. How can you have a bagel ship that has no bagels? This used to be a great place, but they removed the inside tables and chairs, and they never have any bagels available. How can you have a store with no plain bagels, no everything bagels? A waste of time. I'll be going elsewhere from now on

I would give a negative rating if possible. The assistant manager, Myra, is the worst I've ever encountered. I ordered a farmhouse sandwich over the phone and was asked if I wanted double eggs, as they always confirm it for the farmhouse sandwich order. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, it was incorrect. Instead of taking responsibility, Myra blamed me for picking up the wrong order, despite me confirming with another worker who handed me the bag. To make matters worse, she rolled her eyes at me. She is by far the rudest person I've ever encountered. I am a regular customer here, visiting every weekend, and it's shocking how unprofessional and disrespectful she is.
I hate leaving a bad review but I just got back to my house after I picked up my food and the order was completely wrong. I got there and was trying to look for the pickup area but when I tried to ask a worker about it they ignored me (again I understand they might've been busy or I was too quiet). Then I saw the pickup area and saw my name on the bag and I grabbed it and left. I just got home and to my surprise everything is wrong. Very disappointed.

This morning we were there with my husband, we don't understand why your employees are always in a bad mood, we keep coming back because the food is delicious but the employees totally ruin the experience, today we saw one of your employees, a short, Latin guy with a beard, treat very bad to a delivery person who was patiently waiting for his order. My husband intervened because he was very rude to the delivery guy. We love your food but you have terrible customer service.

Use to go more , then less due to the employees. Walked in no greeting , just one employee standing at the register .Went there at a non-busy time , ordered a breakfast sandwich and grabbed a drink. No straw was offered at the register ,so I looked on counter where supplies are - no straw. The young lady working saw me searching and handed me a straw. Still not busy inside , and the young man working making the food yells my name and hastily turns and drops the bag causing it to land sideways on counter but was too unconcerned to turn back around to apologize or he could have just handed me the bag. Suggestions , perhaps teens shouldn't be running the restaurant or maybe just taught some things about customer service . The sandwhich was good . Employees need some pointers tho!

I came to this location to receive my birthday reward. I got here at 1:10 & they were already cleaning up, they said that the reward was for an egg sandwich only and that they were out of "egg", which I know is only because they were cleaning up and didn't want to have to make it. I asked if they could make an exception for a regular sandwich and the employee said they couldn't. I know it's a birthday reward, but if you still have basically an hour until closing, you shouldn't turn people away, especially on their birthday.Now I understand that low stars. It's unfortunate.

So freaking good! I was visiting family in Valencia for a couple of days and ate here every morning! The bagels are fantastic and there are different options you can choose from! So good!
