Went here on a vacation night. The service was good but the portion was small. Wish they would fill up the pale and I was able to get more chili sauce. I ordered a 3 entree and a side of chow mein was wanting a bunch of chili sauce. But the worker was scared to give me some because of the manager. Wish there was no limitation to the sauces requested. But the food was good and fresh. Would highly recommend this place!!!!

We visit this Panda every time we are in town. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh.
Came to pick up an online order the moment they opened. Originally ordered 8pcs of the appetizers, got home and realized they only gave me 3. Didn't pack any sauces and no utensils at all. Terrible service.

Horrible service!!! Arrived 25 minutes before closing and I was told that I could only choose the 2 things items and white rice that was already made. They would not make the food fresh like they usually do because they didn't want to make food and have it be left over. In the short time that I was in the store 3 didn't families showed up and were also refused fresh food. The Manager Jimmy Santiago said it costs him too much money if anything is left over. I have been eating at Panda because it's my favorite and they always offer to make an order at all locations if they are out. Today is by far the worst experience that I have ever had. The manager said it's up to him and he doesn't care what I thought because they want to go home also. To make things even worse I told the manager that I would eat whatever another family wanted just so it wouldn't go to waste but he still refused...

Panda express is generally one of my favorite fast food chains and I don't think I've ever left a negative review at one.But I came in this location during a busy time (7:15PM). The staff was trying to get people through, at the expense of giving the smallest portions I've seen before at any location.Notice my premium entree is about half of the tiny cup and I didn't eat a single piece of food before taking the picture.

Kids love panda express. Google maps says this location is open until 9. Wer arrived at 8:32 and everything was locked. Staff was unbelievably rude as of they owned the place and didn't need the revenue. In the drive through they offered the nasty leftovers when policy used to be that they needed to make a fresh batch. Panda Express locations are not franchises - all locations are owned by the same family. Shocking that they can't ensure the business hours aren't accurate online. I'm guessing that Andrew and Peggy Cherng have checked out and don't care about the business. There are plenty of local Chinese places that offer far better service and value. Such a shame and loss of face.
