Chicken is not the same as the restaurants in poorer areas in LA. My issue is with the mobile app. It adds mystery fees that it doesn't explain. I've stopped going because they are ripping customers off.

Try to avoid their drive-thru if possible. You will never get your orders right AND if you tell them about it, they won't even apologize. In fact, they'll give you an attitude. We love food from Popeye's BUT I've given this location way too many chances to improve and it's not happening. Piece of advice: Check your orders before leaving their drive thru.

Rude young staff that won’t redeem your rewards and won’t give you an explanation as to why they won’t. Do a better job at hiring people who actually care about their jobs. I’ve worked retail and fast food many moons ago I get it but if you don’t want to deal QUIT THEN!!

Spicy chicken!!!! Watch out for the biscuits, they can be dry. Make sure to get butter and honey.I do like the sweet tea.I need to try the desserts.

This store has a "B" health inspection last Aug. 2023. And the service today was an F!!! I asked the cashier for all dark meat chicken and I told him I'm willing to pay extra. What i got was very bad tantrum/attitude of incompetent service . He punched the counter table and walked away to look for the manager. I lost my appetite for their chicken and took my business to other businesses instead.

I don't understand where all the negative reviews are coming from. I mostly get stuff from the drive through and have nothing to complain about. Food has been timely, fresh and good (especially for cheap and quick fast food). The service has also been well above average. Kudos to the staff and management. Don't get discouraged by these other negative reviews. I get food there about every 2 weeks and thank you for having to deal with these self entitled clowns while providing great service and value at a "give it to me now" pace.

Second time ordering thru the app. at this location. Both times the order was not ready for pickup when the app said. Had to wait at least 15 minutes when arrived. The first time is somewhat understandable since pretty busy. Second time it was really empty in the place. Still giving 3 stars since I do enjoy the quality and taste of the food.

Do not use mobile order because you will be overcharged and if it is 50 minutes before closing, you cannot make a mobile order because "the site closes because we are almost closed." There was at least 3 crates of full chicken on the heating plate and we waited for over 10 minutes until they collected the pieces of chicken and had the order ready. We waited for no reason and nobody was doing our order, more focused on leaving right at 10pm with everything "cleaned." They were cleaning and using a hose to clean the floor and splashing water everywhere.

This is the best Popeyes. It's the cleanest and freshest tasting chicken of all the Popeye's. The chicken in the sandwich seems so much thicker and juicier than the other locations. fried chicken is so piping hot juicy and delicious. FYI I usually come at 5pmEmployees are professional. Solid ...no complaints. The employees are solid. Friendly but focused

The food is correct 90% of the time; hot as well. The service is hit or miss, but mostly miss because of staffing, I guess. There will be lines around the building (drive through), 6 tables eating food, 9 people waiting for their orders, and 5 people waiting to order, and all I see is 5 staff members. One of them is usually going on break. That stuff, it comes with the business sometimes. What I don't accept is the restrooms. There is never any soap! How are they washing their hands? One of the soap dispensaries is broken off the wall. I have to tell them that there is no toilet tissue in there. Get it together; no other business is like that over there.
