The worst Popeyes that can logically be created. Rude staff, always out of stock food, upcharges because they want to substitute food because they are out of fries, food sitting prepackaged on shelves ready to be upcharged and sold. I asked for a manager and the rude lady was apparently the manager. I asked for contact info for the corporate or owner or manager above her and was told, go online and figure it out. FYI her name was Gavy or Gaby or something. She had very very bad English speaking skills. Im disgusted how I was treated and my daughter was treated/ At the end, we walked away sick to our stomach because of how greedy. impolite, unprofessional, and horrible a restaurant and a manager can be. I tried contacting Popeyes headquarters and their webpage is no better than Gaby the manager. How can you tell kid, sorry, we are out of fries for the kid's meal, mumble a few items that she can choose from other than fries, literally mumble, then try charging me $2 more because you are out of fries, to sub for mac and cheese that was cold and probably sitting there for a few hours? Just disgusting in every way. Now I know why they are always out of food. We were there a few weeks ago and they were out of chicken. How can they run out of chicken and fries? I thought Popeyes is a chicken place and the only thing they had at that time was chicken nuggets, but the male worker then was very polite and friendly and understanding but todays, oh wow. Shame. I would love to speak to the owner about how their staff is going to put them out of business. On top of everything, she made us wait 5 minutes before she even helped us. Not one person around other than her and another employee standing around and yet, she had no care to help. Almost like they have no care to work, serve, and assist. No wonder why there is no food. They don't want to work.

We ordered door dash from this location and we got surprised the chicken was old and look weird but that doesn't matter what was surprised it was small cockroach was in bottom of plastic bag that they delivered We trashed the food

Conveniently located inside the mall food court. Plenty of seating and clean tables, even kid tables. Service was prompt and friendly at this location.We don't indulge in Popeyes too often so I have never noticed they had a Kid's Menu before. LOL, I was actually impressed with how well they packaged the kid's meal. Even my daughter made a comment about how nice and organized everything was placed in her bag.

Go anywhere else if you want to be treated like a human being. Go here if you want to be treated like a second class citizen. I placed an online order using the Popeyes app, when we showed up they said the order didn’t exist. We confirmed the restaurant location the employees where shown the order and the amount paid. They had already charged my debit card for over $70 the employees said they weren’t making it. The employees told me to figure it out for myself, I asked well if you won’t make the food I need a refund I have to feed the family tonight. The employees said that they weren’t helping me and I had to figure it out on my own. The employees were upset that a large order was placed within an hour of closing. I know Popeyes isn’t know for the fastest service but these were the most unprofessional down right lazy employees ever. I had to fine some other way to feed the family of 6. 11JUL23 at 720pm.

Surprisingly good. I had a simple fried chicken burger and was pleasantly surprised that it was real chicken and not a factory produced fake flavourless substance. The environment of the restaurant is nothing to brag about and the service was decent.
Wings were nice and fresh and the chips okay. Aside of this … awful. The ordering system is useless, bins overflowing, the floor was absolutely filthy. The toilets were horrendous. Very surprised this place hasn’t been shut down yet!

Good lord this is the worst popeyes of all time. I’ve been to others before, and they were really good but this is APALLING. I got a chicken sandwich and there was absolutely no chicken in it. It was just fried batter. The bun was stale and the meat itself was hard and there wasn’t even much of it to begin with. The mac n cheese was cold too. I thought it would be better the second time and it was just bad that one time but no, it is just that terrible. First time I went I got chicken tenders and again, it was just fried batter. I pray to god this place closes for something better to take its place 1/10, get literally anything else in the mall

Worst place to come and get foo. I got there large cajun fries came out to 9 dollars in total just for fries, on top of that they didn’t fill the box all the way, they gave me a small box didn't seem like a large for the amount that i payed. The taste in the fries were horrible they weren’t seasoned currently, cold and stale. Don’t recommend ????????
