Breakfast burrito is pretty good. Has like a soft taste to it, they do something to make the eggs taste better. The bacon, however, is one of the best i ever had. Right crispiness and full flavor. Coffee is medium roast, very good!

Extremely disappointing to visit here today after coming once a month to learn they removed their vegan items from the menu. With only a handful of restaurants in Santa Clarita who offer vegan options, removing the menu has left us vegans back at square one again. What a gem! We were greeted by a really kind woman. We informed her that it was our first time and allowed us to ask questions before giving suggestions. Went with my little girl and they had a cute playhouse outside. I especially liked the rail with cushions attached to the wall in one big family table. The only thing is that at one point it got super smoky inside and our eyes began to burn a bit. However, the food was amazing! They also had a hot sauce that I found perfect with the breakfast foods. I didn't know what to expect with the blueberry bacon waffle and it was literal blueberries and bacon with lots of syrup and butter on top of the waffle yum!Must try!

A truly perfect breakfast sandwich! The bread, the eggs, the cheese....all of it was just the right amount. Can't wait to go back again! We ordered online for pick-up and it was simple and convenient.

Not bad. Parking is plentiful in the plaza however watch out for breakfast/brunch/dinner rush. Or the end of church service from across the lot. We both ordered burritos. One was served in a bowl without tater tots. Either way consumed was yummy. The mixture was well combined together. What I personally liked about the burrito is the crispy tortilla. The bacon was a good medium of crispy enough and not soggy. The tater tots was also just crispy enough. The dipping sauce had a good slight kick to it. There is plentiful of seats to choose from indoor or outdoor seating. There is a self serve soda fountain station along with to grab utensils and napkins. When you are done eating and still at the table some of the employees with throw away your trash for you which I thought was nice of them.

I love the fact that new restaurants pop up in Santa Clarita and I have been wanting to try The Fying Yolk for a few months. I have to say I was anticipating a sit down type of diner . This is not the case. You order your food ( mostly breakfast items) at the counter and pick it up when it's ready. The wait for a breakfast burrito and a plate of fruit was about 25-30 minutes and I'm not sure why, because it wasn't that crowded or busy. Inside the restaurant is clean and plenty of seating and they also have a very nice outdoor patio. A couple of stars off for the long wait and slow service.

Decided to stop by and grab a steak and egg burrito today. Was not impressed at all. $20 for a lukewarm burrito with barely any steak in it. Definitely will not be returning..

Simply AHMAZINGGG! So good! Everything I have tried hs been delicious. Love their salsas. I always order online and everything is ready on time with everything that I need. Then I go next-door to McKenna coffee and get a coffee.
