First time trying this place, and I will say it's not for me, however im not saying it's bad. The customer service was good, the cashier Vanessa was friendly and helpful. The food is a bit bland, all I could taste was the chilli powder on the chicken. I got a crazy fix bowl because it included a little of all the side, rice, Mac and slaw, and the sides were decent. This place is okay. The chicken is bland and the flavor depends 100% on the spice level that you choose. There's no authentic (or even close to authentic) hot chicken place in the Bay Area, just gentrified versions of it. With that being said I'd rank this place behind Hot Boys and Dave's. Order ahead online so that it's ready when you arrive. It's in a shopping center so parking is relatively easy.
