Their meat serving has gotten really small. I ordered a chicken bowl at around 6:15pm today 3/4 and the guy put like half a scoop of it. And the customer before me which i think the server knew because they nodded at each other, had 2 scoopes of meat and even tried to put a third scoop but hesitated because it was already full of meat and rice.

That place is so bad that I’ll make sure nobody I know goes there. The food was cold and not good at all. The music was so loud that people had to basically yell their order, & the music was not appropriate for a work place, specially a business like Chipotle. 0/100. Don’t waste your time nor money. Btw a woman complained about the music and they refused to serve her.

If I could give no stars I would. Destiny was less than helpful. She was incompetent and rude. There was always a hair in my bowl.
Very rude customer service , I asked for a kids quesadilla and was told to go online to order. Then when asking the manager supervisor whatever he was for help with choosing how to add cheese with chicken online, I was talked down to with an attitude. He gave up helping me with the online order & told me he would just do it for me this one time in the store. It was being made completely different than it displays on the website. When I asked for the quesadilla to be cut into slices for my daughter because it was too big for her to bite into, I was told they cannot & that’s the way it’s been made for over 2 years. I have been to this location plenty of times within the last two years and was never treated this way. I will never be back, ever !Kid-friendliness: They do not care about kids at this location

Are you not very hungry but still want to pay $30 for two burritos? Make sure to order from here on Uber Eats. You'll get a burrito that is maybe half the size you'd get in person. Absolute rip off.

I'm not a huge Chipotle fan but sometimes you just get that craving of wanting their burrito bowls. I know there are people who are die-hard Chipotle lovers but for me, it's okay!I always get their burrito bowls with chicken, but the one thing that I love about this location specifically is that they STUFF DAT BOWL. I opened my bowl at home and literally everything was falling out. Not complaining - it is a great problem to have an overflowing bowl of food lol. The service has been 10/10! The restaurant itself is located near the Chick-Fil-A and CVS. It has a pretty decent view of the hills around Vallejo TBH, but I would rather just take the food home to go!
