This place has a family-friendly ambiance. It is ♿️ accessible. I ordered green tea along with the spinach and mushroom omlet with bacon inside no horseradish. Hashbrowns were served on a second plate. Both were served quickly with a smile and tasted great. Will be back to try the new pancake flavor of the month. I ❤️ that they have the QR code right on the table to access the rewards program.

Great place for comforting breakfast fare. You know they do pancakes good when they're named after it. My go-to is always the chicken fried steak.
Food was okay, but it was really difficult to enjoy our meal because the facility kept having some sort of sewage stench blowing through their ventilation. When I spoke to the manager, he just told us that they were aware of the situation and that he will let his District Manager know about our concerns. No discount for the inconvenience nor were we moved from our table. This restaurant should have a visit from the health department, especially since we started getting headaches immediately after we left. Not going back there.
Visited this IHOP location on 2/18/24 at around 10AM, and I’ve been to over 30 IHOP locations all over the country and this is the FIRST time I have to say that I’m genuinely disappointed.They let us down from the get go, starting with forgetting our coffee,… bringing it at the END of the meal instead of before! Secondly the Chicken fried steak was far beyond sub par, tasted raw and looked like it’s been sitting. Hasbrowns we’re also slightly soggy, when they’re supposed to be crispySecondly we usually order Cinna Pancakes through the app, by getting an up charge on the classic buttermilk, no IHOP location has ever had an issue upgrading the pancakes for me but the manager here (middle to late age Hispanic women wearing a light green collar shirt) was rude, unhelpful, and set a very negative tone for the atmosphere, she REFUSED to talk about our issues at hand, and just arrogantly said she couldn’t help us with an unpleasant facial gesture.If ANYONE wants to IHOP, I advise strictly against this location, they will let you down on every Avenue possible and visiting this IHOP on Plaza Dr will make you not want to return to these establishments. Choice is yours

We ordered Strawberry Pancakes; we got Strawberry & Banana pancakes and the strawberries were frozen. Same as the Blueberry topping on my waffle. The server brought us warm syrup to make up for it. Our server was very accomodating and attentive. She did what she could.

The food was not hot when served. The coffee was fair. My scrambled eggs seemed rubbery and the hash browns were crisp on side but essentially uncooked on the other. The pancake was good and my wife's waffle was good.The server was adequate for the little attention given.
