I was there yesterday at 11:00 pm and pull up to the order screen and asked for a chocolate milkshake and was told they don't have any milkshakes. C'mon now if the machine is down than I understand but to say there's No milkshakes I ain't buying it literally. Ok so no milkshakes ...I than ask if they have the new " Booba"(not sure if the spelling is correct) drinks and the girl who was taking orders responds " I don't think so". I just took off . Horrible

Rude. They never give you napkins. The girl gave me the wrong straw for the Boba, had me spill it all over my car because I’m trying to like get the Boba and nothing‘s going up the straw. They are really rude and just don’t care. it’s no wonder people get transferred, so I’ve heard

Love this place. We always come here. Love that is 24 hour. Yes, it's kind of expensive but when you want some thing at midnight, you can get it. Yes there might be bad experiences here and there at the fast food restaurant but I always get the typical seventh of jalapeño eggrolls, and Bacon, ultimate cheeseburger. Those items never failed me. Yum.

The reason i give this only one star is because once you have given your order, when you get up to the window to pay and get your food, they will not allow you to add anything to your order. This is totally ridiculous and it definitely does not scream CUSTOMER SERVICE. Its bad enough the high prices we pay for items that are half the size they used to be, and that customers have to request any condiments they want or you get nothing, but not being able to add to your order once at the window is just bad for business. I know for one that i am tired of being ripped off by every business in this area!! Get it together Jack In The Box! Your rules stink, makes me never want to go there again!!

Customer service is horrible, the place has rats and is filthy, and they mess up your order almost every time. The food is mediocre at best and they don't even want to fix the mistakes.
The manager name Marleny was very rude and down right racist I was standing in line waiting in line for over 15 mins to make my order after everyone had ordered and left and had the nerve to wait on someone that had walked in after I was already sitting waiting. Please don’t spend your money at this place.
