I ordered 3 breasts and some nuggets and a k3. Something told me to check the order. I discovered that I got 2 breasts and 1 wing! Now how can you confuse wing with breasts? So when I returned they tried to say that I was charged for 1 breast which wasn't the case. After I straightened it out she still acted like it was my mistake, took the wing back and gave me a breast. No apologies no nothing. I won't be eating there anymore!

you'd think they'd know the difference between white & dark meat, why offer it if you don't. picked up take out four times whether it was the family bucket or individual meals (asked for dark meat) and all four times the order did not contain one dark meat piece. all white meat pieces, do i need to go in and select the pieces myself in order to get it right? i should have trusted my first instinct and not gone there, but to Popeyes or Jollibees instead.

There's a man that works at the counter that acts like he doesn't like his job he got my whole order messed up I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger I got a plain cheeseburger with pickles on it obviously the guy at the window does not listen I'm not very happy

Thus person Zeydic is not doing her job properly. I ordered 4 piecesmeal , she was goving 12 pcs.. I told her i only ordered4 pcs. She said that 39.31 will be credited to-my acct. by the store. It better be there asap. Then on my way home I had to comeback because she gave me the wrong receipt. With the mess up she did before no telling what she is doing. The right charge didn’t show up right away on my card that’s why I came back ery bad cashering….

When I order a bucket of MIXED chicken pieces, I expect all the different chicken pieces in the bucket, but this KFC along Redwood in Vallejo messed it up for the nth time. The chicken pieces were mostly thighs & drumstick plus a couple of breast pieces. Where are the WINGS?? You guys always mess us up. Is that why you're scared to answer the phone? Coz you know you duped another customer? The manager & those staff need to be fired!
I don't think this KFC likes cooking the chicken wings. All want is a bucket of chicken wings. And they can't provide it.They offered me a 4pc wings and I said no. I want a 20pc. And the lady said they don't have it. Huh? Just offered me some wings? No Bueno!

i am so done with kfc in vallejo on redwood st...everytime everytime we've ordered from here whether it was for door dash. uber, or ordering it on line and picking up our order, they never ever get our order right... their excuse is that's all we have.... my thing is if you don't have what i've ordered and paid my hard earned money for don't give nothing.... tonight i ordered on line an 8 piece thigh and leg (dark meat), fries and mac and cheese, and biscuits.... my husband picked up the order and brought the food home. i opened the bag which the receipt was attached with the correct order...but what we got was 4 breats, 1 thigh and 3 drumsticks, and 3 cookies!!!!if anything, y'all owe me a full refund!!! all of the employees and manager needs to be fired...that's the whole point of ordering what you want and paying but what you want... i will not return to this establishment ever again...give me a full refund

I got a chicken pot pie. I timed it to get a fresh one right out of the oven. Because I hardly go there, it tasted soo good. I also bought a lemon cake. It is soo good also.I sometimes get the chicken bowl with extra corn.?
