Ordered my food ahead of time went to pick up payed for but the cashier told me I had to wait after the had told me it will be ready in 10mins. I got there 30mins after I made the order over the phone. Also the cashier was very rude. Not good for the business as this is my favorite place to eat at

My son and I both got food poisoning from this location 3 days ago. Chicken was undercooked. Mac salad was watery and sour tasting. Stay away from this place. We nearly ended up in the hospital.

Worst meal I've had in a long time , the max salad was nothing but mayonnaise with poorly cooked pasta , the mussubi was packaged and let sweat in a paper bag making it stick to the rice and seaweed making it all soggy . The fries where still cold as if they where frozen , thrown on the fryer and served in seconds with the inside still cold , and of course with not even a pinch of salt . HORRIBLE food the only thing edible out of multiple items was there chicken... even the rice was either old or Burt because white plain rice should not be crunchy and soggy in the same scoop ... needless to say I will never be ordering here again

Food is good. I only get the chicken katsu & bbq chicken or kalua pork [ half meat mix ] $ 12. It's enough for two.If you like cabbage, ask for cooked cabbage otherwise it's raw. [ no charge ]*** Ask for the mac salad in a separate container otherwise it's warm from being with the food.The malasadas are good.[ Hawaiian donuts ] 10 for $5.99. ?

Solid solid solid. What an old school Hawaiian BBQ/teriyaki type joint should feel like. Efficient, no frills, with good portions and better prices. Will definitely be back, BBQ mix goes

didnt answer the phone when trying to place an order. when we showed up, there was a line & the cashier pictured walked in from outside & was rude for no reason. zero customer service and she was texting at the same time while taking orders.

I've been eating at this L&L since the current owner took over. The food has always been excellent and memorable. This is a family owned and focused restaurant in a tough shopping center. They are about the only thing open here, except for the laundromat and Rickshaw (which closes at 1700). Go in and support a local business and keep this city alive Vallejoans...
