ordered crab cake appetizers which were very good. salad was ok. ordered filet mignon with lobster. ordered medium rare but was given rare. filet mignon was dry with little flavor. lobster was overcooked but tasty. tira misu wasnt good. wine was great! service was very good but for a steakhouse, they served some disappointing steak. probably wont come back

Grabbed Steakfries a couple times while driving through Vallejo to city of Novato.Steak fries are the best in surounding area hands down at price around at $16+tax...But I waisted my time driving there on Sunday.Kitchen closed on this day and only offering banquet. Nothing mention on website whatsoever about Restaurant open but Kitchen closed

Went in today to place order to go Stood at reception desk for 5 minutes someone finally came and told me to go to the bar to place my order I went to the bar The bartender was busy (she had 3 people sitting at the bar and restaurant was not full) she saw me sitting there, but completely ignored me did not even acknowledge that I was thereAfter 15 minutes of watching her help everyone else I finally walked out You can’t call to place order because they do not answer their phone Too bad the food is good there and I was really looking forward to a steak sandwich but do not think I will be returning to this restaurant The service is not good at all I really miss the front room!

What a disappointment!!!! Had to wait to be seated for a while. There WERE only two waitress for so many tables. No draft beers available, no bloody marries. Food TERRIBLE!!! Very disorganized! VERY DIRTY!!! DO NOT BOTHER VISITING THIS PLACE!!!

The food is the only thing that is making this a good review. My server Mora was very rude and did not have any customer service skills at all. First I felt like me and my party were be rushed to order as she tried to snatch the menu out of my hand as I was still looking over it. She did not remove the dirty dishes off the table so she was just sitting or food around a bunch of dirty dishes. We asked her for some napkins it was a party of 6 and she brought us 3 and when asked for more she said they were out but another server brought us a stack with no problem. When we finish paying she just put the check book on top of my to go box and not one time did she smile or say thank you for coming or even ask how our food was. This experience made me not want to dine in anymore and just do take out.
If you are looking for an early breakfast don't bother. They can't seem to ever open on time.

Not good. Stopped in for a burger and beer on a Saturday afternoon. March 9, 2024, 2:45 PM. Sat at the mostly empty, dirty bar. Taps were all closed. According to the bartender, “the beer is too warm.” Tried to put on my hungry thirsty face and after 10 minutes of NOTHING, I got a “I’ll be with you in a minute.” Another 5 minutes without a swipe of the sloppy bar, a menu, glass of water, or further acknowledgment of my existence, I got up and walked out. Funny thing, all that time I saw 2 cocktails and 2 glasses of wine go out. My advice: urgently replace the bartender. I will not be back.

First time at this place. I've always loved this location. I had the spinach ravioli and it was yummy..but my first bite I bit something hard. It looked like a little clear seed of some sort, which wasn't on my food. It happens and I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. For a Saturday night, it was busy. Our server was good. The 2 piece band was very loud though. ?

Maybe I came on a bad day? I was not impressed after all the hype. The food is just ok, nothing special except the prices.Steak was tough at mid rare and lobster tail tasted like it was from frozen, not fresh. Wait staff were bringing back orders to the pass over and over again, it might have just been a bad day...The spot looks old and needed a face lift from the previous looks of the prior restaurant that was there. It was cold, drafty and aged out decore.I would like to try it again... But this was my second time coming and things seemed like they were still evolving. Let's hope things get better!
