Quite frankly.I think that the food quality is deteriorating at this particular store. Overall i'm not real thrilled with panda expresses quality of food. In vallejo I would Rather go to lee's garden.

I don’t know if it’s just me but whenever you order panda on either DoorDash or pick up they seem to put less on your plate . But when you go in they seem to put more like it’s so annoying how they hate don’t serve you enough like please stop being stingy with the food … if I worked here best believe I would put a good quality amount on the plate… do better y’all and serve more

I go to this panda all the time and it's not amazing but it's ok but this time really had me in shock. I ordered two plates & got chowmein for both. The young boy decided to touch both my plates with his bare hands, because the chow main was hanging off the plate a little. I don't know where his hands been! Or what he touched. At least use the TONGS. I complained & I hope they took care of that cuz that's disgusting.

I had not gotten food from here in 15 years and after a long afternoon meeting I decided to order delivery from here on Doordash . I ordered 7 individual entrees and with tip I spent 52 dollars and change. To be honest I was expecting a huge amount of food . What I got was seven teeny tiny boxes that barely provided one plateful for me and my wife. The food was tasty but the value per money spent on the food was terrible compared to other local Chinese restaurants . Sorry 1 star for lack of value for the money.
I honestly think the combined IQ of the workers that were working was at most 20. I wanted 3 entries, 2 orange chicken and 1 mushroom chicken. I told them I wanted 1 orange chicken in the plate and 1 on the side, she couldn't wrap her head around that. I was trying to explain it for almost 5 minutes and 4 other workers were all looking at me without a thought between their eyes. It's not rocket science, I NEVER leave bad reviews about places but this was so bad it literally made make an account to post this.

It's so difficult trying to do anything here. Need a few sweet and sour sauces for your order for a family of 5? Here's 6 packets. Not satisfied with the portion size of steak that you paid a extra $1.25 for? Make sure to speak up because if not you're getting skimped. It's crazy to me the same old ladies have been working here for 15+ years are still pinching servings and then give you an attitude when you ask for more. They have been shorting orders so they can take home extra leftovers for as long as they've been open. If panda new what was good for them they would charge more and give bigger sized portions like an authentic Chinese food takeout spot. But instead they use shady practices to short orders as if everyone doesn't see them half filling scoops of food. Wake up Panda Express. Customer service is trash here. The younger students that work here are nice but not the snobby older employees who have been there for ages. They get a attitude when you ask them anything.

Ordered a 2 plates online and only got an entree for each -- staff was disrespectful and condescending. He had a backside conversation thinking he was on mute stating that he will just change his voice and pretend to be someone else or hang up on us. The manager was also incompetent not wanting to speak over the phone and unapologetic regarding the situation. Very disappointed with this experience.
