Ordered from this place on door dash while in Napa valley. Tenders were good and French fries were seasoned to perfection. Chocolate brownie was also great with the caramel. The only call out was they didn't include ranch in my order but for the most part it was ok for the price.

Guessing it's a new business without any reviews yet? Google maps shows the physical location of the eatery in the same spot as nearby IHOP next to Costco, but I'm thinking this is wrong. It's actually inside the Plaza shopping center across the street pretty sure. Anywhoo, I first discovered them while scrolling thru Uber Eats during a work hunger episode. Uber Eats was having a 40% discount day, so I decided on this new Pardon restaurant. They specialize in cheesesteaks of course, one of my all-time dietary weaknesses. Ordered their staple-signature Cheesesteak sandwich, fries and an unsweetened ice tea. The order came fast, kudos to both the restaurant & Uber Eats driver Rodrigo. The food: the sandwich quality was satisfactory. Likely wouldn't rate highly on the Food Network, Hell's Kitchen (Gordon Ramsay), or any of Guy Fieri's doings, but it was OK. The untoasted bread roll was the type found in your typical, over-the-counter supermarket and served right out the bag. Meat was better than the roll, seasoned adequately with grilled onions. The shoestring fries weren't anything spectacular and were $7.99 (!), close to the same price as the sandwich. Weird. Not sure that's the regular menu price or perhaps a sly delivery upcharge? If it's the regular price, I would probably skip them on any return visit (not worth it). Bottom line: it got the job done for a work hunger fix and was convenient. But, I would rate the local Cheesesteak Shop in town at least a couple of pegs higher in overall satisfaction. And this isn't saying much, because the Vallejo Cheesesteak Shop ain't all that either. I guess any new business venture is good for struggling Vallejo I suppose? Just can't elevate this newish chain above any other in the same category that have come before it. Letter grade: C.
