Honestly the environment is nice it's a great establishment, but its main promotion of being a pho place is kind of a let down. the pho was bland and even with vast amounts of Sriracha and hoisin sauce it was still lacking in flavor. I wouldn't recommend if you prefer stronger tasting broth with pho. portion size wise they are big a large bowl can feed two and a small a single person. if you ask for noodles on the side you do have to specify or they will give you buckwheat noodles. overall service was great atmosphere is more on the chill side but the flavor of the food could use a little work.

This newly remodeled gem is found at the old location of Pho #2 next to Jolibee/ Seafood City off Redwood. The food was excellent as usual! I got the Seafood Combo Pho and it was delicious on this cold night. It has ample amounts of mussels (which you never see at these spots), squid, shrimp and sliced crab cakes. The broth was piping hot and satisfying. The rice noodles rounded out a great dish. I see others get Oxtail pho and its humongous! Service is awesome (which is a pleasant surprise for a Pho place! Highly recommend!

OK so I haven't BEEN here in person but got takeout through a delivery service. The good was incredible, so fresh and delicious, nothing was previously frozen like most of the pho places in Vallejo do. Can't wait to order from here again. Perfect food for the crazy weather.

went here because I wanted to try the bone marrow with pho. It was so humongous that I felt full just staring at it. the bone had so much creamy goodness inside. The outside was meaty and had collagen hanging off. I had to take the bone home to finish everything. I also ordered the honeydew smoothie without boba which hit the spot. I only gave 4 stars because there was difficulty communicating with the server due to language barrier, but other than that, this place is good.

I think i found my favorite Vietnamese restaurant now. This previously used to be another Vietnamese restaurant, which thankfully Pho Hoang has taken over. The restaurant is renovated and well decorated modernly. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We ordered a few dishes just to share and they were all delicious! We ordered: Bone Marrow pho, Wagyu Pho, BBQ beef plate with shrimp cake, BBQ chicken with shrimp cake plate, Garlic noodles with cajun shrimp, mango salad and banh xeo. We had a feast and still had a lot of food to bring home. Definitely recommend coming by and try their food!

Food and service was excellent. I had to take a way a star cause of price. The prices doesn’t reflect the area, a bit to pricey for our budget.

Super like this Vietnamese Restaurant. We tried a lot of their dishes and they are all good. My top most favorite is the egg roll. Yummy, crispy egg roll. The Pho broth was light and flavorful. The beef in one of the noodle bowl dishes was aromatic, beefy-goodness flavor and tender. Seafood pancake was also delicious. We ate a lot, tummy satisfied, yet not guilty-bloated. Service was excellent. (We were a big group of 8 people but they were able to get our orders right and fast.) Restaurant is newly-renovated and clean. When you are in Vallejo area, give yourself a yummy, hearty and healthy treat, go to Pho Huang.

This place is straight up fire! I think this is by far the best Vietnamese food in Vallejo. Service is phenomenal and respectful! Atmosphere is chill and laid back.

Something new. Love their broth, you can really taste the freshness and different level of flavors. We ordered the wagyu which I don't find as premium beef. I did not enjoy the grilled beef but hubby loved his grilled porkchops. Service is qucik & nothing much changed from the previous set up.

We dropped in while driving from Santa Rosa to Sacramento. Perfect stopping place for a beautiful warm bowl of fire. It looks like it's under new management and it's been remodeled since I've came here in the past. It even has a new name. It's the one a few doors up from the Valerio's and next to the Jollibee. It was just as good. I was disappointed with the amount of seafood they put in my $11 seafood bowl. It had about four shrimp some fish cake and five pieces of calamari. Really not enough protein in my opinion but hey the broth was amazing and that's what I was there for. The staff was great and fun and helpful.

Delicious! Decided to randomly try this place bc of good reviews & so happy we did. The restaurant is very clean & organized & the staff is very hospitable. I ordered the grilled beef combo with shrimp & an egg roll. My partner ordered the brisket & meat ball pho. I also ordered an avocado boba. At first they brought me the wrong order & when I told the lady I wasn't sure what her reaction was going to be but she quickly told the staff then they brought me the right plate. The grilled beef was soooo good! The marinade was perfect & I love that they serve with a crispy egg. I also really liked the egg roll. I tried the pho & the broth was perfect imo. It didn't even need any condiments. Maybe the only thing that could've been different was the brisket could've been a bit more tender. But that being said it was delicious! Even my toddler enjoyed the food she kept going back for more. I love how clean it is here & how everything on the table had its place. Would recommend if you're in the area. It's right next to seafood city & jollibee.

01/19/24- it's been awhile since my last visit and decided it's time to chow down! Same great, excellent service with the whole team of Tien! The family was just outside walking towards the door as she was already waving with a smile, very welcoming atmosphere! That's how she recognizes her customers whether old or newcomers! The inside is a feeling of like home as a family! Ordered Garlic noodles (no shrimp but substitute with grilled beef)- I loved how Tien can accomodate requests by her patrons very willingly. Some establishments won't do that! That is one of the reason why this business will lasts for a long time. How she values her customers and listens as to what they wanted. Also tried the Coconut shrimp- oh boy! The curry sauce that came with it is the bomb! Very good sauce to match large coconut shrimps! Another great job! Grilled beef rice plate with egg, fried shrimp roll, salad- well marinated, grilled to perfection- very tasty. Grilled pork with rice- same thing, tender and superb! Honeydew milk tea and mocha smoothie! This Pho is extraordinary as they have so many specials that other Pho does not have! I am glad that they open in Vallejo. Will have to try more new stuff to fill hungry tummies! Thanks for not changing- as always! Looking forward for more items to try and see you next time! Btw, Mondays- they are closed! Thank you Tien and the rest of the crew at Pho Hoang- for the best service whenever we visit! Btw, they change their plates and presentation was excellent! Great choice on the square plates! See you next time! Thanks!
