“It's a cold gloomy day here in Vallejo and to me it's the perfect weather for Phó!! So on my lunch break I stopped through here for the wonton phó with rice noodle and fresh spring roll. It did just what I needed it to do. Got me full and warmed me up. They got me in and out even though it was crowded and made it back to work on time! They were very attentive and the food was very flavorful. I've been here many of times but today I appreciate the fast yet effect service. Five stars!!“
