It is a pretty good little pizza place to go in six flags discovery

Just as good as when I was a kid. No frills, basic, yummy, giant slice of pizza.

I can't tell what's beef or sausage on the pizza but when adding items to one of their standard pizza's just isn't discernable. I ordered extra parm and asiago cheese bit it looked and tasted like the same pizza without any extra add-one. I loved their salads but it's almost like ordering from Taco Bell. The extras on the sales were like a teaspoon of stuff. Good salad quality though and I appreciate the staff but this is what makes a billionaire even richer. Not ordering from here again thanks.

Always good to make a pizza with the topping I prefer. With so many food options in the area, I had to go with old reliable. Good service to match the good quality pizza.

A friend and I went to Mod Pizza for a quick lunch following a movie. We walked into Mod Pizza, (he'd been there before; my first time) and got in line to order. And here's where the first problem happened. There was one couple ahead of us, who were each making custom pizzas. There was one woman working to make pizzas, while another guy was pressing pizza crusts. The couple was hemming and hawing about what toppings to get. This one on mine? That one on yours? Then what? So we stood there for about five minutes, until my friend said, "You want to go somewhere else?" I said no, let's wait it out, which we did. The couple ahead finally finished their loaded pizzas, so the young woman took them to the pizza oven and put them in, and then came back to get our order. We both ordered complete pizzas off the menu, so we were able to order quickly. She asked if we wanted to watch her make them; we deferred, so she got to work. As we were paying, another woman came out of the back room. I assume she was the manager, since she didn't really do anything to assist in the actual working of the place. Anyway, the pizzas came out, and mine was good. It was called the Caspian, and had mozzarella, gorgonzola, bbq chicken, barbecue sauce and sliced red onions. The barbeque sauce was sprayed on after the pizza was cooked, so it was a cold touch on a hot pizza. My recommendation would be that they keep the bba sauce warm so it didn't cool the pizza, but that's a minor point. It was tasty, so I'm glad we waited. The restaurant was clean and modern looking (hence the name, I guess). My biggest complaint was that only one person was making the pizza. Let's review: there were four people working at the restaurant. One guy pressing pizzas; one guy working the register; one guy making pizza crusts; one manager doing something else. It was a Tuesday and the place wasn't very busy, but had it been me, I would have taken the guy off the pizza press and have him making pizzas when there were people in line. The standard pizza is a thin crust, but if you like thicker crusts they double the dough. Ask for it if you like thicker crust. Would I go back? Probably, but not if I was in a hurry. Fast food it's not, and the waiting in line is a little off-putting while watching other people's pizzas being made. They need to be more efficient in ordering versus making - the patron shouldn't have to stand in line so long.

We like this "new concept" pizza where you choose the crust, sauces, cheeses, and toppings. We've been here a few times now and we gravitate towards the thin crust with a combination of marinara and pesto sauces, double helping of spinach, mozzarella and gorgonzola cheeses, sausage and/or pepperoni, and depending on our mood, the addition of mushrooms, olives, artichokes and red onions. The restaurant offers "standard" pizzas such as cheese, margheritas, meat pizzas, but we much prefer to add more vegetables. Doesn't matter what toppings one wants, the price is the same. We experimented with toppings and decided that sometimes, less is better; too many ingredients obscure the flavors.

Went back here after some time.. Same great custom pizza, faster service and cleaner. It seems they are adequately staff this visit.

The pizza is good. Custom or one of their recommendations. Yum. NOTE: I would give the store five stars if every time I went there I didn’t have to wait forever. In addition, while they have a slick app that I’ve tried to use a handful of times to order custom pizzas, every time I use it the pizza is never even started by the time it supposed to be ready for pick up. I’ve used a number of their other stores. This experience is unique. Unfortunately there are many times where I need to the convenience of knowing when the pizza will be ready so I’ve been using mountain Mike’s instead.

Weekdays, after work.. still a line to get your pizza or salad. This is the price to pay for customization. We've been here alot of times already, and pizza has been consistently good. I'm happy about that. The downside of good food is employees are so busy, the place needs attention. Like when the juice machine needs refill, beverage area needs cleaning. But i do understand there's a delicate balance there.. Hiring 1 extra would increase cost. I've already seen the price increase this yr.

We stopped in while charging our car a charging station. The concept is wonderful, but we would recommend dressing on the side as ours was doused with dressing - way too much! The pizza was a bit undercooked, but had great flavors. I really appreciate that the pricing is the same for the pizza and salads, no matter what combos/toppings you add. This is what makes the pizza and salad joints so expensive and Mod Pizza is onto something here!

MOD Pizza is a newer place offering one price for your choice of toppings. Generous potions with your pizza choice. Not wood fired but similar taste. Normally a quick in and out for a great pizza snack. MOD is as welcome new place to get a decent pizza at a fair price.

MOD is a chain of pizza that you can choose what toppings, for a fix prize. Some would load up with every topping available, some would choose their favorite recipe. I choose to experiment, but I do have my 2 favorites.. Sweet Chicken pesto (red sauce, pesto, mozarella, ricotta, chicken, mushroom, pineapple, olives, oregano, asiago, then bbq sauce) and my combo (red sauce, garlic, mozarella, pepperoni x2, bacon, mushroom, olives, green bell peppers, red onion, mozarella).

It's located inside Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. Soooooooo, if your not going to six flags it's pointless. Good pizza though.

We decided this was like a Subway Sandwich restaurant except for pizza. You choose your toppings from what is in front of you and they quickly bake it. I was happy with the speed of getting the pizza, the extra thin crust and the delicious flavor.
