This place is so good! It means a lot to a lot of people. It's been a fixture in the area for so many years. The people who work here are so nice. Hoping the closure is just temporary like the sign said but I am not hopeful. When you call their number it says it's disconnected. Still holding out hope...

I love this restaurant, I have been going here for years. I was so sad when I heard about the fire, kept driving over to see if they were going to reopen, so happy to see they did open again. When the Governor announced the reopening of the state, I couldn't wait to go to Princess Garden again and see our old friends, I called to see if reservations were needed and I got a message that the number was disconnected or was no longer in service. :-( I drove over to see if there was anything else and there was a closed sign and another that said they were temporarily closed until further notice. I am so sad! I hope that they will be able to reopen again!

Princess Garden has been a favorite for many years. We do not eat at the grille. Wait staff is excellent and funny. The food is always cooked nicely and is consistent. We eat here at least once a month.

This place is the bomb and for some reason it has been CLOSED. Anybody know why? Food is so good and comes out hot and fresh!

I hope they reopen soon. This was a great family owned restaurant with cooked to order food. Fresh and delicious

Post Covid19 opening, it's great to see one of our local regulars open again. Hopefully everyone will come and support them. 25% capacity Hand sanitizer and plexiglass partitions. Before getting your food you need to sanitize, out on plastic gloves and get your personal tongs. You will be asked if you want noodles added to your food, or a cup of steamed rice. After you get your cooked food (in a clean fresh bowl), there is a bin for your used gloves. Dinner comes with a bowl of soup du jour and fried egg rolls, shrimp and pot stickers. You can get as many trips thru the food bar as your tummy can handle. This is the perfect spot if you are doing keto. $17.32 per person

I have been going here for years!!! The Mongolian BBQ is the best. My friends and I would meet up there after work and or church, or practice. Everyone there is very nice and treats you like family.

This family owned spot has been here since the 1980's and has been our go to for Chinese food and Mongolian BBQ. They are currently open for dine-in at 25%. I didn't feel like cooking dinner so I ordered the Sizzling Beef, house fried rice, orange chicken, honey walnut prawns and string beans. As usual the food was delicious. You can't go wrong with eating at Princess Garden!

Hubby was looking for a good Chinese restaurant found one he wanted to try in Fairfield but we looked on Yelp and some of the views weren't good. Searched and found Princess Garden. We hadn't been here in years, in fact my mom used to bring me and my kids here when they were little. The Yelp reviews were good and sine there were 400 we figured we'd give them a shot. OMG the food was fabulous!!! My husband wanted Sesame chicken but it wasn't on the menu so he asked and the waiter said of course. We ordered sesame chicken, chow fun beef, the house fried rice and my favorite Mushu pork. The service was good and the food tasty and fresh . Total was around $50 but we will be eating leftover for days. Hubby says this is our new go to Chinese restaurant and I agree!

Pros: - Good variety when if comes to the types of food. All the regular Chinese American selections including: chow mein, honey walnut prawns, and sweet and sour pork. In addition, they have a Mongolian style type of dining which is cooked right in front of you. - Friendly staff that follows COVID-19 regulations: gloves worn by staff, mask must be worn, constant change of utensils, sanitizer avaliable, etc. - Prices - In comparison with prices in other restaurants I would say that Princess Garden is reasonably priced especially if you get their lunch special - WAY BETTER than Panda Express - In the same plaza, there is a panda express and let me tell you Princess Garden tastes WAY better than anything Panda puts out! Cons: - I live a city over and have to drive 20 minutes to get my fix Please support this small business that has been a Vallejo favorite for a long time. They've faced many hardships over the year including fires which have resulted in them having to be closed for a time. If you could please please please come and support this business for your Chinese American food fix you won't be disappointed.

Ordered off the menu, chicken was very dry and beef very bland. Also too pricey for what was served. Maybe the Mongolian bbq would've been better.

Best Mongolian BBQ around! Genuinely good food and I suggest to follow the instructions on your Mongolian bbq bowl spices for the newbies. Nice other side to the restaurant is rumored...but I have never been too it in the 20 times I have been there...can't resist the Mongolian. They are a mandatory Chinese restaurant in my family.
