Worst run fast food place, EVER!! Girls in front on their phones. They messed up two peoples orders while I waited. Took 30 minutes to get my food. Told them i had a movie to catch. Counter people keep saying orders are backed up, but its hard to tell from all the laughing coming out of the kitchen. I see a much older man back there. Manager?? Cant tell he's laughing too.

I ordered Rubio's through door dash today. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my meal was sealed and bagged. Tamper proof really which is awesome!! I ordered a fish taco with extra white sauce however it came bone dry with no sauce at all. It wouldn't have been a big deal if my 3 sides of roasted salsa was included, but they forgot that too. So I couldn't eat my fish taco at all. My Taco plate came correct thankfully and it was sooo good! They must have had some sort of change or upgrade to the food because the tacos are completely different, in a good way, than they used to be.

David and Joshua unfortunately aren't considered a "team" up front. I'm a very reasonable person, but their inability to execute the front along with dealing with complaining customers is not up to par. They totally shut down and did not communicate and had multiple customers left in confusion. I entered the restaurant at 8pm, I'm currently leaving at 8:55pm. That is how long it took to dispute a minor issue and receive a meal. I love Rubio's, but please improve on the faces that are put at the front of the store. It really matters.

I struggle to put a rating on their attitude, service, cleanliness. First ladies room did not have toilet paper in the handicap stall. Second, we ordered our food first amongst our friends with us. We didn't get our orders till 30 minutes later and it was all wrong. The cashier and server had no idea what and how to handle the situation. It was not until I literally had to put them in the spot in front of other customers did they react to the situation. Yes, they refunded my money and gave my order (still wrong ordet). It doesn't have to be this way if management is watching over the team working there. The reviews are obvious, service is bad.

Delicious like always, my very favorite and recommended item on the menu are the Fish Taco Especial. They are a good size taco start with 2. They are very similar in taste to the original tacos from Ensenada B.C. Mexico. I don't mind traveling from Richmod just to have lunch, is so worth it.

They were friendly, but it just doesn't seem professional at all. The kids in the front chatting to the people in the back. They're wearing AirPods, no masks. The main reason I even came on Yelp is that I ordered 15 tacos, I come home after waiting for an hour for the wait, and I only have 12 tacos. I don't think anyone would want that.

It took a while to get our food, and when we got it, we were missing two things.The staff did make it quickly afterward though, and didn't give us a hard time like some other restaurant workers would.They were professional in general. The corn was very burn, so burned that it was all you could taste.Thankfully I'm okay with burned food, but most people would have thrown it away because the burned taste was overpowering. The rest of the food was good
The food is good but the place is chaos and unorganised. I think they are short in workers and need to hire more people.

Always good eating in Rubio's! HOWEVER, Richard Blais would be so disappointed... Inspired by him and this looks like crap! Need at least 3 total of tortillas to hold all these packed ingredients together. Finger-food - at least easy enough to hold with one hand without falling apart before getting into your mouth. Bull... Stick with their regular menu tacos, please. These new taco items is a fail in Vallejo location!

The food over there is not only delicious but also healthy. I have the steak cheese quesadilla that came with chips guacamole and sour cream. It was fresh off the kitchen that the heat was still on it. And if you have a problem, they will fix it here's a big f I get very busy on Fridays
