We ordered Mangodragonfruit and Caramel frappe, two thumbs down for the taste. The taste is below average of Starbucks standards. We usually come here to order but for this day it was horrible. We were so disappointed.

This is the third time this Starbucks location messes up my drink, and it's hot chocolate... hot chocolate! How do you mess that up?? They give me straight water/milk ? unfortunately I didn't have time to go back and have them remake it this time. I see this location messes up orders a lot though, smh.

Service sucks, people should know your menu. Either that or other starbucks people are more educated with the menu. A sick tea, shouldn’t be said you have none! SMH! I haven’t been so irritated then when someone asked me what a dirty chai is?
Always messing up my drink. No ice means no ice. I could have asked to make it again but there were cars behind me I didn't want to hold all the cars up. I'm trying to get to work as well. What a way to start my day. I will continue to go there.

Typically, I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but believe hopefully by doing so it can either bring awareness to the customers who may want to attend this particular establishment, or change to the employees and the way they may be approaching customers or the daily responsibilities on the job may need to be adjusted. In this particular instance, it’s the employees customer service. I recently, had 2 separate instances within the same week, where my order was made wrong after I had clearly stated it twice. In one instance after I had notified the cashier, they made a remark basically stating “ oh next time, make sure it matches the screen on the order”, in my experience this was not a show of good customer service. I regularly visit this location. In my opinion the only thing that should have been said is, ill be sure to correct that for you. It is not my responsibility to do that as a customer. In another instance that same week, same situation, but this time instead of correcting my order and remaking it, they opted to refund me. Although this may be policy, however, most of the time the order would have been just remade no problems. Here is my feedback. If possible, I believe more employees should start repeating orders back to the customer to prevent this issue. Also, for customer service, keep it simple and direct to the point. Remake the order with no remark, or refund in a respectable way, especially if it’s brought to your attention in a respectful way.

Hit and miss here.My biggest pet peeve was during the pandemic when they would open and close whenever they felt like it but I guess my calls to corporate put that in checkMy problem is their baristas. Some are nice but some are so rude and lazy. Several times now in the drive thru which is the only option I've had to strain to reach for my drink bc the baristas are too lazy to stretch and make it reachable. I'm only 5'2 so give me a break and stretch your armOr if you're short too then maybe have taller ppl at the window
