Service was horrible today and they didn't know what they were doing. Very unhappy with my drink.

I'm surprised with the low reviews because I come here often and have always been satisfied with my orders. I usually come in the morning around 7am. I'm usually not a fan of Starbucks because the drinks are overly sweet but I desperately need coffee one day and I saw on their menu that they had an iced brown sugar shaken espresso with oatmilk drink. The lady who usually helps me out in the morning makes it perfect! She doesn't add a lot of brown sugar so the espresso taste cuts through with just a hint of brown sugar! It's perfect. It definitely wakes me up and gets me all energized in the morning. It's a great drink also for people who are lactose intolerant since it uses oatmilk! Would recommend this drink and having it made by the lady who works the early morning shifts before 7am during the weekdays!

I went there Starbuck the snobby lady!!!! I buy my Starbucks I told her extra shot extra caramel and then mess her up my drink. They're not very nice person I'm a customer since 10 years and a Starbucks I never have that one before. It just happened today by Safeway.

Every time my order a London fog it either is watery or they do not add the vanilla. So I started telling them light water an extra vanilla and somehow they always forget the vanilla again. It doesn't seem like a big deal but when you're spending five dollars for a drink and standing in long lines you would expect them to make the drinks right. I think the worst part is they charge you extra for things that they don't add

Very delighted to stop by early mornings and get my well done prepared coffee. The barista who I usually see is very kind and friendly. Very helpful too & knowledgeable. If I could rate 6 stars I would !

This location is located in the Safeway in Glen Cove. I was in the store with my Dad and decided I needed a small pick-me-up so I swung by. All in all, the drink itself was fine and it was clean, but the employee working it was luke-warm friendly, at best. She wasn't rude by any means, but she also wasn't very friendly. Unfortunately, I've come to expect that from most places whenever I return to Vallejo. There are exceptions but unfortunately, this Starbucks doesn't seem like it'll be one of them.

Usually I do not visit Starbucks I always seem confused and unsure what to order. I love the strawberry fusion, an a few different featured items; as tip maybe a suggestion of item off the menu as a specialty? I love when vendors understand products.
Terrible experience. I ordered my drinks xtra dry, and when I noticed they were not being made as such, I asked the barista to make at least one xtra dry. She literally told me that I should have said something to her when she started making it, to which I explained I had ordered xtra dry, so I imagined like all other Starbucks, they would've put it on the cup.

The manager clearly dislikes her job. Today she proved it with a very loud immature rant. I also witnessed her being very unprofessional and disrespectful to one of her employees. She also refused to make any drinks for her customers today around 1 pm her cell phone was more important than her customers.
