With a name like stockpot, I had high expectations. I was expecting a beefy broth and large slices of brisket. Instead, I got something a bit watered down and a brisket that left a bad after taste. It was borderline old brisket, as if it were sitting in the fridge a day too long. The spring rolls were ok. It has no pork in it and it had pickled veggies. It tastes like you're dipping your spring roll in fish sauce, then peanut sauce. I guess it's ok. Not off putting. Just different from what I'm used to. Size of the bowl of pho was good. Left pretty full. It's ok, but probably wouldn't come again. Staff was ok. Waitress was nice.

I got the Cambodian noodle soup. It was awesomeness and reminded me of Vietnamese Hu Tieu. The shrimp was fresh with good texture. Not dry and chewy. Same with the other meats and a good way to get vitamin packed liver into your diet. No bitter and gamey taste. The sweet flavorful broth was great and even better once I added Sriracha. Exceptional proportions and noodle to meat ratio. I will try other items on the menu. Plenty of parking since the huge lot is theirs.
This place is such a hidden gem, I honestly think more people should come here, I’ve been here a couple of times and they are honestly amazing. Their prices are very good for their portion. The costumer service is amazing and sweet and they constantly check up on you. They do got chill vibes and everyone here is having a great time!

I've ordered takeout twice, each time getting the Beef Pho. Their broth is SO flavorful, everything is super-fresh, and they give generous portions. In addition, the staff is cheerful and friendly. It's a delight to get my food here!Parking: Parking is plentiful and large, but the location is a pain to access because you must enter/exit across traffic from Sereno Dr. It is inaccessible from Broadway.

I just discovered this place, it was really tasty Pho, I ordered the spicy beef pho and it gave me pansita vibes (Mexican dish) I will most definitely come back for more.
I love Southeast Asian food, more specifically Vietnamese food which reminds me of home in SoCal. We went here before a wine tasting in Napa and this filled us right up so we were ready to go. I ordered their claypot rice with an order of pork egg rolls on the side.The egg rolls were tasty, but smaller than I had hoped and didn't come with any veggies on the side like most restaurants. The rice claypot was the highlight of my meal and my friends commented it seemed like one of their best options.They also had a variety of other foods like banh mis, pho, noodle plates, and other offerings. They do some fusion here like sisig in the sandwiches, so maybe I'll try those out next time around.Service was quick and fast. We ordered at a counter and they brought it out to the table. The atmosphere was really casual and great for simple meals with family & friends or groups if they're not too busy.

Ordered the spicy beef noodle soup, beef bahn mi and the crispy pork belly appetizer for pick up. Was very easy to place a phone order. Everything was pretty tasty and would definitely come back to dine in next time. Just had to take off one star due to the hair that was in the soup.

Ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (BBH), Rice Clay Pot & Spicy Tamarind Chicken Wings. The BBH was okay, different from other restaurants. The Rice Clay Pot was good. The tamarind chicken wings were delicious. Would recommend the Rice Clay Pot & Tamarind Chicken Wings, but for me personally; I wouldn't order the BBH again. Not that it was not good, just not what I am used to. However, if you haven't tried the BBH; you should try it. Enjoy! Update: 03/31/2023 Ordered the BBH again today to make sure my taste buds weren't tripping, but unfortunately; same result. Note to self: please skip the BBH at Stockpot and only order the Tom Yum soup. Anywho, another great visit. ? Update: 09/14/2023 We have visited here many times before the last review, but didn't provide the updates. In any event, today; we ordered the Seafood Pho, Cambodian Noodle Soup (Kuy Teav Phnom Penh) & Spicy Tamarind Chicken Wings. The Seafood Pho was tasty. I didn't really need to add a lot of the condiments. The Cambodian Noodles was also another one of our favorite. The pork heart has its own unique taste and we love it! Until next time...
