Not coming back here anymore. Not accepting coupons and what was not an add-on in other stores are charged here. I was just at the Benicia store a day before getting the same sandwich,why should they charge more?

I will never go back to this place as I had the worst experience in a food place: First of all, there is a sign that says that without a mask there is no service. So I opened the door and asked the woman if I needed one and she said yes. I go to my car to get a mask and when I return in 15 seconds the door is already locked. I knock on the door several times and it looks like there is someone in the distance, I call on the phone and no one answers or it is with a busy tone and after several minutes the same lady opens the door and I ask her what happened and she tells me that it was time for her break. Finally, I decide to order and tell her that I have a coupon to redeem and she informs me that this location does not accept coupons. So, I went to buy a burrito at the place across the street. I ask the woman who served me her name and she tells me her name is Mary Lorenzo, a person who passed by while I was waiting outside for them to open told me that she is the owner's daughter.

This subway on Solano Ave is never open. They make their own schedule i guess. Dont waste your time in coming here espically if you come while on lunch time. never opens at 10am closed during the lunch hours on a normal base. Like do yall even want to make money? This is a normal thing for this location, happened more then 10 times now. Second, the sandwich quality isnt even that great. Never accepts coupons too. The lady that knows the owners is usually 50/50 on her customer service. I have seen people walk out and i have seen people laugh with her. Overall, i rather drive across town for a sandwich or not eat subway at all then go back to this location and waste my time.

My issue with this store starts on Saturday, April 30th '22. During the day I called and asked their store hours for that day. I was told the store was open until 9:30pm. I drove across town at 8:10pm and found the store closed. Today, Monday May 2, I went to the store to order food and ask why the store was closed early on the prior Saturday. I was told that there had been a "family emergency" and that they had to close early. I advised the clerk that an almost exact thing had happened last week to me at the American Canyon store, when I found the store closing when I got there 15 minutes prior to posted closing time. I stared to place my order. The clerk saw I had a coupon and stated, "we don't take coupons". I stated they should post that information" somewhere" so people know that. I gather from the VERRY SMALL DISCLAIMER on the coupon that it's only valid at participating locations. Perhaps SUBWAY should require non-participating locations to post this fact where it's clearly visible to incoming patrons. I left and made no purchase.
