This is the 1st toco truck I tried out here in the V. the services / servers was honestly terrible nd I felt like they was tryin scam my card…. Didn’t even want the food .. Anyways.. iv Called others trucks around the area. Nd they ALL got better prices. I would stay away from this place. Hope this

So gentle the lady taking the order at the lunch truck she look higine and courteously, good experience for my first time here, they are on the side of the gas station they have benches you can eat there, but benches do not have shade, so, it's better to eat in the car. I ordered two tacos of pork skin ("Tacos de chicharron) wow, amaze me with the flavor the pork skin crunchy and that fried flavor that taste good once you eat it, you feel the tons of flavor with salsa on the top of the tacos and grilled onion and grilled jalapeño salsa spicy a bit but makes real flavor to the taco, and raw onion and cilantro, definitely ill come back for sure, pricey sure, but how they serve de tacos ? it's work it.Parking: There're plenty of parking they are on the side of a gas station easy accses to park .

Update: Just when you think it can't get any better, oh my God its much better than I even remember. Thank you Taqueria El Pelayo, nice people making some great food.I really don't get along with Taco trucks but this one is different, first impressions usually make it or break it, this one was solid, I didn't realize until I was half way through. That grilled chicken sandwich was cheesy, I loved it.

the best taco truck in vallejo and I've tried a lot of taco trucks. they have the flavors zZzown! the al pastor and carne asada taste like they've been marinated overnight for maximum deliciousness. it's located off sonoma blvd by the Valero gas station across from Nation's Burgers that's easy and convenient to get in and out of. they happily take cash and card, but add an extra fee for card purchases

This is one of the better taco trucks in Vallejo.The main issue I have is the sub-par Al Pastor. As a person who frequents San Diego and Mexico I am spoiled by decent Pastor or Adaboda. There is no local Taqueria in the Bay Area that can do it right. The taco tents that occasionally line up on Admiral Callaghan will have what I am talking about. Stop by one of those tents and you will understand my frustration. I'm not sure why Bay Area taquerias just do not get it. All of them over marinate it and do not slice it up correctly... Also, it does not require a rotisserie. It can be done on a grill. One just has to grill it before slicing it to give it the rotisserie effect. I've seen this done at Telefonica in Tijuana.I do like the crispy tacos and the cheese is correct... this place, just like every other in the area should work on the Adobada if they care about getting business. Its NOT difficult to do!
For me the food is good . The thing I would say is sometimes the meat is salty. Every time I go they are friendly and I get my food fast . I been to many food trucks in Vallejo . I have to say this 1 is the best . I wish they had like Keto style food . For people that want to eat healthier but still enjoy Mexican food . I’m not feeling the prices on the food .. for the amount of food they serve a customer is a lot. But that’s my opinion.Parking: Is a gas station .Where they are located. . So there’s plenty of parking.

I heard this place served the bacon wrapped hot dogs I'd buy after an A's game in the parking lot. Had to have one. Cool truck Guillermo the owner is cool. The hot dog was REALLY good. They have a large menu. I will be back again.

Their tomatillo salsa and pastor is top notch!! Always friendly and fast!! If you are ever near the area you have to go!! Also they have an amazing Taco Tuesday special and Birria on the weekends. Wish I could give more
