(( I would give them four and 7/10 Stars if there was such a thing. )) We ( my brother and I ) went to the drive-thru this evening We ordered three small chillies cheese and onions ,one extra onions that would be for me , two French fries, and a large ?something? mango drink that my sister-in-law loves to death. I never checked the bags to see if everything's there I just assume so and you know what happens when you assume lol We got all the way home and inside to surprise my sis-in-law and discovered there was only one french fry , don't get me wrong now, this happens way too often not just with Wendy's point of fact Wendy's not very often at all but with all the establishments in the area because most people like myself don't check the bag before we leave, but their service was great it always is never a problem they're always kind and friendly and helpful and will always go there even if they forget things once in awhile I just wanted to write that in hopes that somebody would tell them so they could be more attentive to a person's order and make sure they get everything most of us we ask customers rely on that and most of the time they deliver thank you Wendy's..And one more thing happy Christmas to all and to all a good nightParking: Always plenty of parking and that's not to say that they're never busy quite the contrary just a big lot.Wheelchair accessibility: I've been inside I use a cane I've seen the ramps self-explanatory you wouldn't have a problem getting in or out come unless you eat way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way too much and then you'll have a problem getting out LOLOL
One of the employees was standing on the counter and he jumped down and took my order and went to make food. Very little attention paid to sanitary conditions. I am not coming back.
I’m not sure if it’s a language barrier, but I ordered a strawberry lemonade got a regular lemonade… Ordered queso fries with bacon got queso fries with no bacon… Ordered spicy chicken nuggets in a 10 piece and got regular chicken nuggets and a 10 piece. I’m very upset about this. I could not only not get what I wanted…. But this is the second time it has happened to me.

My mother and I will no longer be coming here and I will no longer go to any fast food chain due to the rampant problems I touch on here. We had a great meal, but one of the employees was lounging around in the dining area gossiping the whole time with several customers and so were the women behind the counter. I will not tolerate this hate campaign being passed around the area simply because I conduct myself like a good Christian and am constantly discriminated against for fighting back against rampant consumerism in the world and ethics violations. I'd rather just buy the ingredients at a store and make your meals myself. Someone leaked your chili recipe a long time ago anyway, so you provide nothing I can't get elsewhere. We will only go to fine dining restaurants in the future which actually are required to care about their reputation and don't purposefully hire and retain workers who are rude and drive Christian and law enforcement - leaning customers away, no matter how kind your customers are or how much they spend.
