My husbands blood sugar was dropping dangerously quick while waiting for our food, he’s a type 1 diabetic and he asked for a cup while he waited so he wouldn’t go into diabetic shock and showed the cashier how fast his #s were dropping he just needed a small cup or water cup and they refused to give him a cup and to wait in line to pay. Luckily my 13yr old daughter was there to help him.In all our years we’ve never encountered a place that denied him a something of sugar in an emergency drop.

This has to be the worst wingstop I have ever went to. My order was wrong (becoming an habit), I alerted the staff that my order was wrong the entire staff was just standing there with no assistance looking at my as if I had 2 heads. When someone finally helped me they had an attitude, very rude and snatched my bag. They didn’t want to remake my food fresh as they pulled my order from another customer bag. My food still wasn’t how I asked it to be after the remake. Horrible location down from the food to the employees.

The place needs a clean up every now and then. Paper towels and stuff on the floor. Sticky tables and chair.Went in to get an online order after receiving an email confirmation that it is ready 16 to 21 minutes. Arrived after 25mins but Store manager said 5 more minutes after checking at the kitchen and they will be ready. After 7 minutes talked to another staff about my order and she said 8 more minutes when she asked those who are preparing my order. So what's with these waiting issues?Spicy korean is super salty you have to wipe the sauce with a brown paper towel and soak it with ranch sauce so as not to waste it.What a horrible experience.

They gave it away to some delivery service like DOOR DASH OR UBER EATS when I SHOULD BE THE ONE who will pick it up. WORST KIND OF SERVICE!!! And the best part of the conversation...they dont want to replace it because ITS NOT THEIR FAULT! So its my fault? So how come its my fault when I have the copy of the order? It means they're not checking on who to give the orders! Calling the Management of Wings Stop you need to train you people because losing $35 worth of order is not a joke!!!!!

Something has definetly changed at this Vallejo Wingstop. My previous experience with the food was not great but I tried again yesterday, 8/12/23. Never again. The food was extremely salty that I literally felt like i had just poured salt seasoning directly on my tongue. Horrible! The french fries were equally as salty, lukewarm and overcooked (burnt). No more chances for this location. I am no longer their customer.

Came in mid afternoon and I was the only customer there so far. I was greeted by two employees. I ordered the meal for two: bone in, half garlic parmesan and half lemon pepper with a side of honey mustard and ranch. Meal also came with a large side of fries and two drinks. It's been a while since I've been here and the prices have increased The meal for 2 used to be 22.99 and now it's 30.19 I gave her my name for the order and she told me it would take 19 minutes. I walked over to the drink machine which I thought was cool. It took me a while to figure out what I wanted but then more customers started to arrive so I couldn't just stand there deciding lol As I waited for my order, there were about 10 other people inside the restaurant. The place filled up fast and it was loud. There are a handful of tables inside but majority were to-go orders. When orders were ready, they called out your name. It didn't seem like I waited 19 minutes, it was definitely much less. However, it's best to order in advance. I personally had some time, so I waited. Came home and food was still hot. Chicken is a mix of wings and drumsticks. There were a lot of fries, and majority were soggy. I did like that they were perfectly salted with a touch of sweet. Is it the oil that makes the fries too soggy or the steam? Perhaps a change of oil and/or maybe piercing the bag would help? Anyway, its a good snack to have once in a while.

Those people that works there should be fired. They're making those chicken wings too salty. It happened a few times already and even if you request for them to put less seasoning and they keep on making it too salty.

This is one of my favorite places to get some delicious chicken wings! The wings are very delicious but just a little too crispy! I only wish they had garlic fries! I got the buffalo ranch fries! They could be a little more crispy! The flavor is delicious! The manager Maria does a great job! I'm always happy when I get the wings here!
