I've never been as short of a snappea in my life (imo at least) until I waited in like at Snax. Every customer was ordering their $150ish worth of monthly groceries in line. That's fair and totally understandable. What's not understandable is the lack of employees and disorganization of it all! I'm shaking my fists at the air, curse you Snax, a homage to my most favorite meal of the day! You're giving snacks a bad name! Alas, when getting to the front after more than an HOUR(!!), my free California roll WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I've never glared at a security camera so. Got some chicken pho instead. Waiting for food was eh, it took another 5 minutes to wait for the people to bag their 10 pizzas. Pho was actually decent though for $6. Not worth the full price of $16. Employees were nice enough. But seriously, just one more cash register might help a lot. And left the casino with a profit so huzzah! 2 Stars. Cha-ching!

The food isn’t bad but could be better. It take more then an hour in line to even order. The staff has no urgency and seems to not be competent. For a business that is supposed to all about the customer experience this place is about as bad as it get.

Line is very long , cashier is very slow and holding up the line for hrs and hrs. The employee that works there should have a game plan . Just a suggestion ; they should open 2 cash register to minimize the waiting or sending out one employee to write the order on a piece of paper so its ready for order when they get at the front. We're calling the attention of the Valley Casino Managers to look in to this Please!!!.. Customers travel too far just to get into this casino but the customer service in the Snax / Stix is very awful.

A total disorganized array of a $hit show. From the ordering to picking up their food. The staff needs to abide by the system that they have in place. 1. To order, take your number. 2. When your number is called, you come to the window and order. they give you a receipt and a buzzer. 3. When your buzzer beeps, then you come to the pick up window and pick up your food. Simple right? That's now what happened this night. Lilian a was the employee at the pick window. I visually saw her ignore the tickets coming out of her printer and make food for the people waiting in line at the pick up window. Basically she made food out of order. I mean don't you have this system in place to make it easier. None of your employees were following protocol nor using the tools that are place to make things easier for them. By do that it created such a disorganized mess especially for people who are waiting 3 hours for the buffet. Get more staff and get your act together.

We hadn't been to Valley View Casino in over 10 years. When we used to go, we enjoyed the buffet and a placed named BLT. We learned on this trip, you can't go to the buffet unless your player's card ranking is above a certain level and then you also need to make a reservation. Just something to think about if you think you are going to drive down there and try the buffet. So we tried Snax to get, you know, a snack. They are, like every other casino in the area, understaffed. The folks that are working there do seem to try hard but they could use a few more bodies to help out with cleaning up, etc. I had the hot dog with chili and cheese - and I mean it has a LOT of chili and cheese. This is not a hot dog you can put up and each, it is covered with chili and cheese and you'll need to use a knife and fork to devore it. I'd recommend it, even though it's more than your average Wienerschitzel hot dog. The casino was hopping, the parking lot was busy and the wait time to order and receive our food was about 15-20 minutes. Hoping they get more people to come back to work. They have a limited menu but had a line of people waiting to order. Give it a shot if you can't get into the other places on property and...Enjoy!!!
Waited 2 hours just to order. Food arrived, extremely salty and bland. Seafood noodle, mushrooms were not washed right, still tasted like dirt. 0 flavor all salt. Pizza and all of the food we ordered was also salty. Do not order from here.

It was a very bad experience, they have this cashier that she is very rude disrespectful and she doesn’t realize that People come to have a good time and this is not a jail Dinning room. I don’t even understand why Valley view casino after taking so much Money from people why they can’t hire more pleasant stuff!!

Do not eat here if you can help it. Took 45 minutes to get our food. Its extremely generic and plain. Nothing good to say about it. The taco shells were grabbed from a cabinet and the nacho corn chips were all mush by the time I got it. Worst food ever. If I give it zero starts, I would.

Tonight, we waited an hour and a half for a BURNT and falling apart croissant (egg, chz, bacon....simple stuff) and a bowl of ramen. I also got home and noticed that my bag of M&Ms was already WIDE open and saturated by the moisture in the bag. My goodness, y'all. Plain sloppy, nasty, and NOT Covid safe or friendly. Yuck.
