The food lacked flavor but wasn't bad I would go back again lasagna was very good and the wings are cooked crispy. I suggest not getting the fried zuzzcine it is missing everything. The service was 100% tho and makes up for it.

A great vintage Italian restuarant. Good cocktails, food and service. Love the red leather like booths. A really good nostaglic place to have good italian food.

It's one of the last, old-school restaurants in the SF Valley. They serve high quality, family style Italian food (e.g., not artisinal, nouvelle cuisine), and they have a great bar. Think Musso & Frank, Jr. with occasional live entertainment with a warm, gregarious community clientele and staff.

Barone's is a charming spot to dine, with good pizza and good service, in classic, Hollywood style. The small pizza is petite, the ingredients are fresh and full of flavor, the crust is thin, and the taste is savory. The house salad with their famous Italian dressing is pleasing, and the atmosphere is very cozy. I paired my pizza and salad with a glass of Chianti, which blends well. I recommend this spot for locals, it has delicious Italian food.

Have you ever dreamed of having the gooey, delicious pizza that was in the Goofy Movie or All Dogs Go To Heaven? I did, for years.. my 90's heart fell in love with Barone's pizza. It is the best pizza in they Valley, no scratch that in LA, no scratch that in the WORLD! The service is unmatched with integrity, care, and timeliness. The ambiance is unmatched. Am I in a scene from The Sopranos sitting in the leather booths? Maybe. Am I feeling nostalgic about a time that is no longer? Definitely. Barones is a time capsule of excellence.

Pepperoni pizza here is great! Some of the other stuff isn't that great. Don't order a salad for example.

OK, I must say, many, many, many moons ago my spouse and I took a few friends there who were visiting from Europe. And the experience we had wasn't the very best. Regarding food and service. And we haven't been there ever since. For the last few months, I pested my spouse to give it another try after all those years. And am I glad I did! This place changed so much. What I/we remembered. We were welcomed by a young friendly lady and led to our table. Shortly after this the waiter, Marco came over ( who turned out to be the bartender also). A very nice and attentive man. It was Friday. Fairly busy but not too much at 9:00 pm. After ordering our drinks, my spouse had a Low Carb Pasta Salad, that was incredibly delicious. Perfect for him as a vegan. He also ordered some Sauteed Artichoke Hearts ( ok, he cheated a little with the butter, and we shared that dish it was seriously OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! For myself, I ordered Veal Parmigiana. ( Now I must say, I LOVE veal). I have learned nice cuts of veal are hard to come by in general. But when Marco brought my plate of Veal Parmigiana I almost fainted due to a culinary ecstasy attack. Seriously. I love food, I appreciate good food. I appreciate Chefs and cooks who know what they are doing. This particular dish literately almost brought tears into my eyes of deliciousness ( LOL- I just had to make up this word) A huge piece of veal, I had never seen in all those years since I came to this country. Next to it is a nice variety of nicely cooked vegetables. Not overcooked like at most places. An extra bowl of pasta of my choice. Then he brought me a nice side salad I had ordered with the most amazing Italian dressing I have had for a long time. In addition to all this, we also asked for some garlic bread beforehand. This I must say. Was okay-ish and totally overpriced. Sorry.Once, again. The food was incredibly amazing. The service was superb. Thank you, Marco. See, again soon.Vegetarian options: Good salads and some great appetizers, pasta dishesParking: They only have valet parking. I personally wish they would give also options for guests not to choose valet.Wheelchair accessibility: It is on ground level. No steps. Therefore, easy access also for wheelchair, I guess.

Always so good and tasty. Service is always wonderful. We mostly get the pepperoni pizza and a tossed salad, but the lasagna and some of the other specialty dishes are also great.

Ate lunch here with friends mid-week. Quiet. We had a reservation, but I don't think we needed one. The large pizza fed all 4 of us. It was delicious. It comes in rectangular pan, and is the thicker style.
