They can't seem to get it together. There were 7 of us. Food timing was way off. Two of us got our meals while the others waited at least 15 minutes. My salad came with my meal when I had asked for it before. Steak was over cooked and fatty. Mashed potatoes were chunky and dry. When I complained after the meal no compensation was given. All our waiter could do was apologize. No one else came over to discuss. I felt sorry for our poor waiter as he was at the mercy of a bad kitchen and bad management. We won't be going again. Very disappointing. We had high hopes.

My wife & I had the Ultimate Dip & Fries & it was amazing! The Chefs are very creative & it shows the way they plate their food! My wife also ordered their Clam Chowder & it was fantastic! Service was great and while you're eating in the dining area, you can enjoy the gorgeous view of the golf course!

Every time my daughter and I have gone here for lunch or breakfast the food and service are really good. I especially love the mimosas and the breakfast items. The place is getting a little worn but it is pleasant and clean and the view out to the golf course is lovely.

I had the avocado toast with bacon. Avocado, spinach, feta, grape tomatoes, bacon, 2 eggs (I had over easy), everything bagel seasoning and balsamic drizzle. Yum!!Lauren, I believe she is the manager, was very nice and helped me decide between avocado toast and Eggs Benedict; which she said was also very good just a bigger portion. I want incredibly hungry. Thank you!

I've had both lunch and dinner there with my wife. The service was very good and we enjoyed our meals both times. It's hit or miss on when/if they are open for dinner - hope they increase hours as Valley Springs needs more good restaurants. Sitting outside with a very nice view of the course an extra treat

We stopped this morning for breakfast around 8 am. There was not a lot of people these, which was fine for us. Sierra was our waitress and was very personable. I'm glad she asked if we would like a morning beverage and suggested the Bloody Mary, so I decided, why not! I'm glad I did! It was perfect and a great way to start the day. She was very attentive checking in with us throughout our experience. Food was good too. We asked for something that was not on my menu, and fortunately they were able to offer to us. Ambiance was nice seeing the sun rising enjoying breakfast. Area of opportunity would be to take the time to wipe the front door inside. It's sticky and dirty when you use it. Taking a few minutes throughout the day for a wipe down would have given 5 stars.

Im going to review this because unless you are a local you have no idea how hard it is to get staff to work in a small town of 3500 people. New owners took over 2 weeks ago and this is by far the best food we have had here in 5 yrs. Give them grace this is a new transition, you are in valley springs where people come to relax not go 100 mph. The chicken parmesan was on point best ive had in a long time and my husband loved the chicken marsala. Coming from a business owner in food industry perspective if you see an off the clock employee helping their cohorts well they must really love their job and want to make sure valley springs has a nice place for families to eat because we dont have hardly any, no business is perfect and lets not use yelp to try to hurt small town feels.

Came into here at 6pm tonight. We had a party of four people. We were told they were short staffed tonight but we understood. After we were seated a couple came shortly after and the woman was an off the clock employee. Shortly after being seated we noticed several more staff began working. Their order was taken before ours by a couple minutes despite coming in after us. Once we finally ordered drinks and our entrees we waited. To our surprise, the couple got their food pretty quickly so we figured we'd be next. However, almost an hour had passed by with no food, no waitress checking in and another couple was then seated inside at the window next to us(we were on the deck outside). We had to wave our waitress down for water refills and she informed us our food would be any second. Minutes went by and nothing, she then told us that it's coming and that we're mistaken about people being served before us that came in after us. Finally another 10 minutes go by and we see the waitress with 2 dishes we ordered, but she gives them to the couple inside next to the window that came in at least 30 minutes after us. At this point closing is within the hour and we'd been waiting for and hour and 15 minutes and the manager would not talk to us. Instead she would give the waitress the message to tell us. We decided to leave as we still had no food despite being told it was being plated. We went in to pay for our drinks and leave and weren't comped a single thing. We were met with the excuse that because they don't have a dinner cook their breakfast one was in the kitchen. Not sure what that had to do with us never receiving any food and being told they were plating the food 20 minutes before we left. Needless to say this place has gone downhill from the previous owners. Such a shame, can't even post food pictures because we never got any

Came on a Sunday morning, when I walked in there was a party of 9 and a couple parties of 4 or less. The restaurant was very slow. We ordered and it took 35 minutes to get my drink. Then we ordered food and it took another 45 minutes to get our food. We got our food and asked for ranch, never received it also ordered toast and there was no jam, my toast was cold by the time I got the jam. The waitress felt the need to ignore us we cleared our own table and got ourselves out to go boxes. Food was good but the service was horrible.
