2nd time there, it's pricey but the staff is nice..My order wasn't right but it tasted good. I was surprised the next day when I was charged almost $30 for a plain Turkey burger, onion wings and a shake. Shocked that the price deemed higher that the day before, I would only pay for the $8 shake. I had a dog in the car and the manager was argumentative and canceled the order instead of taking the bird off $16.99 plus tax. Its an old American restaurant favorite and I didn't expect t the Glendale aggressive speaking, it's Valley Village. Maybe I was wrong but the way he spoke to me, I just rather not go there ever again. Maybe when he's not there it's a better vibe.

I have been here three times, and have had delivery about 6 times, out of the 6 I had received an order wrong once, I asked for ketchup and did not get ketchup. That was it. The food arrived on time and hot. For the dine in, great vibe! It's always clean and the food is perfect. The only other Fat burger I like almost as much as this establishment is miles away so it's great having it closer to my house now!

Awesome customer service, Martin was the main cook when I went. Super nice guy. Restaurant was clean & the food is just how I remembered it when I used to work for them back in 2018. Definitely recommend this location!

They raised the prices but did not update the price listing. They wouldn't adjust/refund the difference to the listing price. Instead offered fountain drinks which we didn't want, we took it anyways since they wouldn't refund the price difference.

Im my personal experience this place was awful. One of the workers told me to Shut up because I complained that he was using several napkins to wipe off the condiments that he put on that I didn't want, and requested a new burger. Got Refunded and walked out. They also messed up another order ahead of mine!
All I got was two corn dogs and my camera is making them brighter than they really are but they're awful dark like dark dark brown and very dry inside. And these two corn dogs cost over $8. Not a lot of flavor. I don't feel like this hot dog going to stick can even be compared to a regular hot dog on a stick

Fatburger in Burbank, excellent burger. Great flavored meat, crispy outside and moist inside. I'd say that Fatburger for a chain maintains its staple burgers. If you want quick takeout and a great flavored burger, Fatburger is the place. I highly recommend it.

It was my first time trying a Fat Burger and it wont be my last! We're talking about GREAT QUALITY here: from the staff, food, and service. Jennifer's energy was one of a kind so vibrant and energetic, not many like her now and days. She was also very considerate in suggesting what was best to try on the menu and just being so cool when I seem indecisive. Overall if you want great quality meal/service or have the late night munchies, this is the place!
