“Stopped in at this boba shop while I was visiting CSUN and it didn't disappoint. I got their passion fruit green tea with boba and it totally hit the spot! The drink came out pretty fast after I ordered. The food also smelled great, but I was in a rush, so I only got the drink. I'll have to try the food next time!“
“My mom and I just finished having lunch here, and the food and service were excellent. The food came out very quickly and with nice presentations. The salmon skin hand rolls came out crisp and fresh. The octopus sushi was sweet and tender. The popcorn scallop was fun to eat with a light airy tempura. The servers were very attentive, especially Sara! She made sure we had everything we needed.“
“Pretty good boba. I got the milk tea. It's wayyyyy too sweet so ask for less sweetness. That's the mistake I made. I got the milk tea boba with oatmilk. Service was good and it's cute inside. People were in there studying. Nothing special. I probably wouldn't come back. Meter parking in the area.“
“Easily one of the best açaí bowl spots in west la. the main reason is the price and the diverse selection of toppings, base flavors, granola, etc. I like how you can customize your bowl as much as you want and you pay the same price - I usually get the smallest bowl for $9. They also have unique toppings like different chia puddings and matcha powder which sets them apart from other acai bowl places. The service is incredible every time - very fast and friendly. I'm grateful it's in my neighborhood so I can go as often as I do! Very cute and comfortable ambiance. I usually take it to go and it travels well but if I had time I would eat it there! Very clean and trendy aesthetic.“
“I was slightly disappointed with the small amount of raw coconut flakes sprinkled on my bowl. I even took a photo of it; you can check it out yourself! Haha. But overall, it was still a yummy treat.I ordered a medium-sized bowl with the following bases: pitaya (dragon fruit), acai, chia pudding, and blue Majik. However, the blue Majik didn't have much taste, or there wasn't enough of it to get a sense of its flavor. But, the toppings I got were amazing! I added some cacao nibs, almond granola, and raw coconut (again, not enough), which made the bowl taste even better. I also really like that the acai is not overly sweet. There is no indoor seating available, only outdoor seating which is located beside the parking area that is shared with other restaurants.“
“If you’re in the area & need a quick, tasty bite with a smile, don’t miss this spot. While getting my car serviced across the street, I stop in to this place & it never disappoints. This is my first time coming in the Morning & it’s busy, but they work fast! Today is National croissant Day & I’m enjoy their croissant sandwich very much. The coffee is excellent, the breads are fresh & I am all smiles watching the patrons engage with the workers as they begin their day. Some are sitting AMA dining in with me while others are on the go. There are fridges stocked with every beverage you could ever want too! This place is definitely a hidden gem of the valley. 10/10.“
“Me and my partner come here like 2x a day . We enjoy it so much . I love the staff and I can’t forget about the reward points program lol . I use to go to juice crafts until I started coming here . No shade to juice crafters ,but I get more bang for my buck here .“
“The authentic food is a huge reason why I always stop by. The service is unlike any other location. I can go on and speak about the things I love about this restaurant but there's something beautiful about the restaurant that you can't find elsewhere. Yagul's coffee reminds me of being on vacation. I can't seem to find coffee like this anywhere else! A full belly, coupled with great vibes. Trust me when I say you'll want to come back for more.“
“Stopped by to ask if the next door business is open and didnt want to leave empty handed. So I bought the #8 Sausage egg and cheese. I must say it is 10x better than mcdonalds or starbucks!!! Great place great prices and super friendly staff highly recommend!!“
“This chef owned establishment takes pride in what is on the menu. The food is made made from scratch, with very high quality ingredients, to order. A sandwich, a fresh juice, or any other menu item ordered will be worth it. My wife and I are glad we accidentally found this place. We both ate here before hitting the road back home to San Diego. The conversation was great and we left full with no groggy feeling afterwards. Worth every penny!“
“This is more like an outdoor order window type place, some seating outside. Ordered the Buddha Bowl (replaced the peanut butter with almond butter) and my partner got the Chunky Chocolate smoothie. Both were absolutely delicious and made well. Prices are definitely on the higher side, but the amount is reasonable especially when they make it well. The wait was long so just be prepared if there’s a little line/ other people waiting for their order when you get there. Would I come back? Definitely! Would I often? Not in this economy.“
“Mexican style ice cream. Very delicious.Parking: The lot is small but there' always cars coming and going maybe you'll be waiting a couple minutes for parking, but is worth it for the ice cream. I drive 4 miles for the ice cream.Kid-friendliness: It's the reason I go to take my kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“I love this spot ! I went there tonight it was closed Ellie opened for us to get smoothies before going on a hike! Besides the great service their smoothies and bowls are amazing! Totally recommend if you haven't gone! You def should!!“
“This place is mind-boggling. I do not recommend going here hungry. You will definitely over buy, I bought 24 donuts for 3 people - whoops!!! The selection is just insane you're going to spend 20 minutes just figuring out what they have and another 20 trying to figure out what you actually want to put in your donut box ?. Also, if you want to learn a little more, watch the documentary about DK's Donuts it's pretty good. It makes the experience of going there that much better.“
“Sunright is one of the most consistent boba shops I've been too, regardless of location. I'm usually a simple milk tea person, so my favorite drink here is: Sunright Boba Milk Tea with 75% Sugar! Sometimes I get 50 if I feel like something more bitter. The taste of the tea is nice, and the brown sugar flavor is comforting without being overpowering. I love the texture of the boba here, a little softer with a brown sugar flavor. This place has lots of drinks to choose from, including milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, and kids drinks. They have milk alternatives (almond, oat, and fresh milk), and you can also get honey as a healthier sweetener! A couple of my other favorites are the Oolong Milk Tea, Matcha Milk Tea, and Oreo Brulee Boba Milk. You can order online or the touch kiosk in store, and they're always on time! Can never go wrong here :)10/10“
“Yummmyyy i its a really cute place. I got the fresas con crema. The strawberries were very fresh, and the crema went absolutely off too! The girl that helped me out was so nice and patient but i didnt catch her name. Will definitely return to try all the paletas and ice creams.“
“So I accidentally ordered the collard greens wrap instead of a gluten one and I crave it all the time now!! It just feels like it’s bursting with the amazing ingredients and color. Our whole office orders from here weekly and we rave about it every time. Hands down best restaurant for fresh organic food in LA. Make sure to get the Ginger Beets Salad!“
“Great juice bar, everything thing is fresh and brought in daily.large choice of smoothies and juices. The even have a 6 day detox package. Excited to see them expand to do pizza, sandwiches, boba and paninis. Can’t wait to see that come in.“
“Everything is Farm to table! Coffee beans come fresh from their farm in El Salvador and roasted the same week you’re drinking it! Produce for their breakfast items (avo toasts, açaí bowls, etc) comes from a farm 2hrs outside of LA. Super friendly service and my coffee was delicious!“
“SO amazing! William and his team make everything fresh with the most outstanding customer service! My dad and I were visiting the area and this magical place was nearby- for 4 days they juiced our morning medicine with love- 32oz of celery juice each! and shared so many other delicious treats! The bowls are stunning to look at and taste even better! An added bonus? The beats were always pumping out pure joy to add to the mix! If you’re looking for fuel made from the heart, The Juice Bar is your spot! Thank you William and Jimena! ?“
“Amazing spot. The sitting area they have in the garden they set up in the parking lot is really nice on a beautiful day. Everything looked so good, I ordered the daily special sandwich with a side of potatoes and it was lovely. The whole staff was friendly and helpful, very peaceful place to relax and catch up with friends while having some great Italian food“
“Really good seating! Great pesto sandwich. Wonderful new chill coffee shop. Staff was eager to please. Once they iron out a few things (like having iced tea for non-coffee drinkers and hot days), they're gonna have lines out the door to get a table. I'm an NYC expat and I do my best work on my laptop at a coffee shop. Can't wait to come back and try the coffee!“
“The açaí bowls they have are absolutely delicious! They serve the food very fresh and fast, the ambiance is very chill and relaxed. Found this place on accident looking for bowls in the area & im so glad I did. Will 100% be coming back. The tea is amazing too.“
“I could eat here every day. Part of decision on me buying a house was that it had to be within walking distance to a Backyard Bowls locations. And I kept that condition. It’s that good. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. They do get busy but they’re quite efficient.I generally get green bowl w almond butter on top or the island bowl if I’m in mood for something sweet. Perfect after a morning session of beach volleyballAvo egg toast is also brilliant. Perfect cooking of the egg and toasting every time. Wish they’d bring back the pb&j oat meal bowl“
“K Food All You Can Eat is located in many places nearby. It is located on the main street and has a small parking lot at the back. I ordered a black sesame latte and it was better than I expected. I came here after recommending it to a friend. This is where it happened. We have a cafe spirit of making 100% all-natural drinks and food with the taste of mom's hands :)“
“Nothing and I mean nothing compares to Ritual Acai. The flavor, consistency, toppings, all of it. And the staff is literally from Brazil. And if there is one thing about Brazilians is that they are very proud of their culture and cuisine. Go here and experience the best. Obrigado, Ritual!“
“A cute coffee shop with a few seating available outside.I went in on a Saturday and there was line but it moved quickly. Also they were having a pop up by Lulu and Georgia, which might be a reason it was pretty packed.I got the cold brew with a splash of oat milk, which was good and the almond croissant, which had strawberry jam in it - DELICIOUS! It was so flaky - I could not stop eating it. I will definitely go back if I'm in the area.“
“Cute coffee shop. Antique decor inside is super cool. There was quite a line, but the coffee and pastries were worth it.I ordered the dirty horchata, it was fantastic and had the perfect amount of spice from the cinnamon. The almond croissant was super flaky and fluffy. The customer service was great even with how busy it was.“
“First time here and I’ll definitely be back to try all the menu, I had a Yucatán omelet by the waitress recommendation my friend got the buenos días bowl for the drinks he get a mocha latte and I got the sunset mimosa. This is my new place I love the food , atmosphere and service we began with a nice lady and end with a gentleman both waiters sorry I can’t remember their names were nice and attentive. Thanks a lot!!!“
“Such great service from the young man taking our order to the women making our esquites! My husband and I are not from our the area but I quickly searched on Yelp for some elote. Xtra Biónicos Allexis made the biggest impact on me. We got to the location and it was very colorful. Love the photos of all the items. Once we entered, the smell of fresh fruit and cleanliness reassured us about our decision. We got two esquites, a mango slush (mangoneada), and Churos con chile. We are going make the 30 minute ride for these esquites and of course the service. Quick, fast, easy. Thank you for your service! Much success ahead!“
“You can taste all the fresh ingredients, they mix in the peanut butter which is my favorite and it’s just so incredible. I loveeeee this place!!!!!They don’t have much seating other than 2 or 3 tables outside but it’s okay. Everything is so fresh you have to eat it all right away hahah.Parking isn’t too difficult as it is on a Main Street but depending what time you go, it’s quick and easy.Service was so fast and the woman behind the counter was so nice. Will definitely be back!!“
“What a great breakfast/lunch spot! It's definitely a local spot. What doesn't go unnoticed is the amazing customer service! The vibe of this place is very welcoming! I have to note that all the ingredients are so fresh. I ordered a miso glaze salmon bowl and if you look at the image you'll see how big of a salmon pc I got! It was just enough greens and rice for a hearty meal! I also got their like a lady juice and it was perfect with this meal!Definitely will be back and I love that the walls have outlets so it's a good place to get some work done as well! They do have parking but it is in a plaza so it does get busy. There is a lot of street parking close by.“
“These Banana Pancakes were so good with fluff and the bananas inside. Food was served hot and ready and everyone was super nice. Good coffee Good scramble eggs and good thick crispy bacon. Highly recommend especially if you're staying at the Hilton Universal City Hotel it's literally less than 3 minute drive.“
“Been stopping in here for a few years. It is inside the Greenland Market. The owner is wonderful & has a fun, infectious energy... but actually everyone else who works here is always very nice as well.Never had anything bad from here. The drinks, chicken, chips, dogs, rice cakes, everything has been yummy (never tried the sandwiches but judging from my experiences here, i would assume they're just as good). Doesn't take too long to get your food, but as everything is made fresh, it might be 5-15 minutes depending on what you order. Smart to put in an order first, then do some grocery shopping as you wait ?You can't go wrong with a yuzu slushie, some rice cakes and a half-n-half noodle dog. I sprinkle a sugar packet on my noodle dog - I'd highly recommend trying that if you haven't! ❤️Parking: Plenty of free parking at Greenland market.... but just beware of snatch thieves. Lol“
“Best fajitas around hands down. Carne asada tacos are great and so overfilled, we can make additional tacos. Staff is always nice and kind. It's a shame the place is not open on the weekends. If I'm craving, we have to wait until Monday.“
“I get the BLT every time I come here, it's such a well-balanced sandwich. The veggies and lettuce are dressed and the spread is magic.I also really like the bread, it's like a ciabatta and a drop biscuit had a love child.Seating is fairly limited and parking even more so, but it's worth scouting out.“
“The best experience for any foodie you know! My friend Jody gifted me one of her MeltingPotFoodTours featuring the Latin flavors of Boyle Heights in East LA and it was the best day ever. Our tour guide was her brother Kerry Flowers one of the funniest people I know, only one of several tour guides. Kerry led us on a historical tour of the neighborhood starting at Mariachi Plaza before we stopped for handmade tastings at 8 of the local family eateries including Birrieria Don Boni. We were happy to get our steps in smelling the aroma of too much great food. We stopped at a marketplace to try spices, and delicacies and shop for souvenirs while listening to live performances. The day ended with a slice of Tres Leches cake and churros. Thank goodness the walk was 3 1/2 hours having stopped at 8 tasting spots to indulge ourselves. I love living in LA and made a promise to myself to enjoy as many neighborhoods and events as the city has to offer instead of waiting for visitors to come to town. Our tour group was ridiculously fun and we all became fast friends. There are tours of the Original Farmers Market, Old Pasadena, East Village Long Beach, Thai Town, and soon a Little Tokyo tour! You can curate a private group tour for friends from small to large groups, or purchase gift certificates. My goal is to accomplish all the tours in 2024!“
“My matcha latte taste super good. I hope they stay the same over time. hopefully they don't downgrade in a long run like the other boba and tea place it was good in the beginning. Service was good Ambiance: since they're just started i know one day they will the settings and the decorations“
“If you enjoy good sugarcane juice, this place is a must-try. We placed a takeout order over the phone for a large group, and the person in charge attentively listened to our order, accommodating the changes we suggested. Despite getting stuck in traffic and arriving closer to closing time, the staff remained friendly and accommodating.“
“Love this location, A Brazilian skater named Felipe Gustavo owns this location, he has a bunch of skate boards hanging on the wall and typically has some skating events playing on the TV’s .Acai republic is a great place to get a delicious snack or meal. Love the bowls and their fresh squeezed Oj is also extremely recommended.“
“This place has great food, good size portions and great prices, a rare gem in Sun Valley! It's in an unassuming location right next to a gas station but don't let that deter you. My favorite are the chilaquiles and breakfast quesadilla.“
“I visited this juice bar for a post-workout smoothie. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They helped me choose the perfect smoothie based on my dietary preferences and fitness goals. The quality of the smoothie was exceptional. It was made with fresh fruits and had a great balance of flavors. The texture was smooth and the presentation was on point. I could taste the freshness with every sip. The prices here are reasonable, considering the quality and size of the smoothie. I felt like I got excellent value for my money, and I'll definitely be returning for more delicious and nutritious treats.“
“This became my go-to place to take my boys (2,5) for after school guilt free treats! I love too that I can pick up some healthy snacks/drinks for myself too. I love the new salad line as well. I got the VIP and it's been so worth it!! Service is also great especially from Amanda I've become friendly with since we have kiddos the same age :)“
“The best Poke I’ve ever had and the drinks served with were amazing! The staff are friendly and so sweet! I definitely recommend this spot, it’s cute and offers such a variety of options for drinks and the food options are all delicious!!“
“I can't believe I haven't dropped a review here yet? Biggest secret in LA is Tribal. This cafe has an enormous menu of mostly breakfast/lunch options. A lot of Filipino fusion options. Dishes range from as basic as you want to very complicated and delicious. This breakfast sandwich, for example, has eggs and a boatload of veggies, hummus and cheese. Fresh bread, fresh veggies, eggs cooked on the spot. Abnormally vegan friendly but plenty of meat options and anything in between. There are zero poor choices. Prices are fair, absolutely. You get a lot of bang for your buck; and most choices are incredibly dense with nutrients. Also room for a good burger if you're in the mood. Patrons are friendly, staff is locally owned and friendly. Very fast! My favorite morning/lunch spot easy. They are open late, 8pm. Amazing ambiance: feels like you're on an island at a hut! Takes you right out of LA :) outdoor seating is awesome. Inside is nice too.“
“K&K donuts is a neighborhood staple. They usually have a long line in the morning of people getting coffee and their freshly made donuts. Although those items are great, I typically stop by here once or twice a week to pick up a freshly made sandwich. Their sandwiches are really delicious and they give you a good amount of food for a great price. They have a big menu, turkey, ham, submarine, pastrami, veggie, etc. They honestly do have something for everyone.“
“I didn’t expected that much for boba tea, I thought boba is boba all are the same but this place is different. For my daughter’s friends gathering I ordered quite a lot for all last weekend from bobarita and I’ve gotten so many compliments. Here’s boba tee is special!“
“I had the privilege to meet the owner, and he was kind and respectful. I usually go with my kids and the girl that works there is very welcoming and very friendly. This place has the best taro drink. I like the option of almond milk. My kids like the oreo smoothie and the mango kiwi smoothie ?. Great service!!! The place is also clean and has enough room for a wheelchair. We played uno with my kids. The environment is nice. Parking spaces are available. You should try them yourselves. They open at noon.“
“We accidentally stepped into this restaurant in the neighborhood and found out it was really amazing! We didn't expect it to be a vegan restaurant until we saw the menu. It was a little confusing at first to see the 'bean meat,' but as the dishes came out, they were so good, bringing us a sense of freshness and purity from eating vegan food. And they all tasted great without any synthetic feeling.“
“Wow! I have to thank my friend for turning me on to Black Rabbit Cafe. This gem is located inside Abyss Market. I frequent this store after work, so the food cafe is closed when I come here. I was off of work today, and am I glad I ordered the BLAT. Bacon, lettuce, avocado, and tomato sandwich. It was THE best sandwich I've ever had. Perfect ratio! I'll be back to try more delicious food.“
