I came to get a treat along with a mom and small girl. The store hours are 11am to open. I was there well after 11. It was nearly 11:30 and an employee came in and told us it opens at 12 pm on Sundays. The little girl started to cry and I left. I wasn't about to wait for them open the store. I came back due to the good customer service the first time.

Menchies menchies menchies How do I love you. I been coming here for over 10+ years and everytime I come here I get excited to see the toppings and the different flavors. My go to are: Vanilla + chocolate + original tart W/ cherries W/ nuts, walnuts, almonds and chocolate chips I been taking my kids here forever and they would always write on the chalkboard. This visit was very special to me, because my daughter treated me for dessert. I have passed along the Menchies tradition And who can't say no to Froyo! Menchies we love you!

This is by far the worst Menchie's I've ever been to - and I've frequented plenty over the years. The yogurt flavors tasted horrible, completely watered down - and the two toppings I got tasted nothing like what they were supposed to be. I only made it through about a third of the cup and had to throw the rest away, all of it was disgusting. And the girl working the register was super rude too. Will not be coming back to this Valley Village location ever.

While Pinkberry has the best tart original flavor by far, Menchies and Yogurtland win in all other categories. I frequent the Yogurtland that's about a mile from my house due to the immense amount of rotating flavors and cheap prices.. basically forgot Menchies even existed until recently. I was fiending for some frozen yogurt late at night, and I just found out I can't wear my usual jean size so ice cream has been out of the equation lol. Checked on Yelp and saw this location about the same distance away as the Yogurtland, but was open until midnight! Drove over asap and parked right in front (free street parking everywhere and a parking lot next door). Compared to Yogurtland, they have about half the flavors - but they make up for it with their crazy different toppings. They had sample cups (finally) which I used to get a full scoop before getting a regular cup (one size only). Birthday cake, Dole Pineapple, and peanut butter something.. added my usual toppings of Captain Crunch and mochi - always filled right up to the brim, and it cost about the same as Yogurtland ($5.50). Cashier working was very friendly and all smiles to the few customers and me. Open til 11pm everyday except Fri/Sat 12am! Very clean, and again they have every possible topping you could want PLUS different 'sauces' like marshmallow, Nutella, Hershey's instant freeze, etc.

I placed a catering order from Menchie's Valley Village, and to say I was impressed with the process would be an understatement. The staff were the sweetest, friendliest and gave me the best customer service!! I would highly recommend them for your next event!

I like this place they have many flavors of frozen yogurt that I like however one thing I don't like is that they don't have all of their flavors available everyday so they switch flavors from day-to-day and I might go there 1 day and my favorite flavor isn't available for that day and I'll have to come back another day and HOPE they have my flavor in , so I don't like that.

It's good froyo, clean shop, friendly employees, but it feels like they haven't rotated their flavors lately. Been looking for a good non-fruity flavor that isn't chocolate or chocolate or... chocolate.
