Ever since they remodeled their prices skyrocketed and their ambiance plummeted. The place is overcrowded, noisy and disorganized (thanks to the horrible remodel). The baristas are overworked in a crammed space with a huge crowd hovering over them for added pressure. And somehow they manage to remain polite and friendly.Of course order mistakes are inevitable under such conditions. And did I mention the prices skyrocketed? This Starbucks has higher prices than many others I've visited in the San Fernando Valley in recent weeks. Justified by what exactly? I'm done with this location.

I love this store. The management is helpful and customer service is great. I had trouble with my app and Cin patiently helped me understand the problem. Thank you!

Sorry Starbucks, but this store was not up to par. Since the remodel, this store is nothing better than disorganized chaos. Most patrons were confused as to where to wait in line as well as where to wait once you ordered. I feel bad for the staff, but since they were short staffed, they got my beverage wrong. The staff is great, just not the store. I will blame senior Starbucks management for a very poor design in this store.

Unless you ask for a small amount of ice, they fill all the iced drinks up to almost the top with ice before adding the drink itself. Starbucks was called on this Practice years ago and now they’re doing it again, or maybe they’ve been doing it all along. tell Howard Schultz, Starbucks, he’s cheating people.

1star for Tiffany for not even trying to make my drink right. Rude and dismissive. Not in line with Starbuck's standard service. If every drink is made like that and every barista treats clients like this, Starbucks won't stay in business. Make it right. A $7 drink deserves to be made to order.

This a good location with parking in the back a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. The food was good, standard fare, and the nitro was just as good as any.The employees were great and friendly. As usual however, some corpo freak wants a bigger bonus so they obviously cut back on labor costs. Prepare for a wait, and don't come if you're in a hurry. The workers do their best, but you can't make a million lattes with just 4 peopleSchultz, you are a piece of mierd a. Pay workers what they're owed, and stop cheaping out on labor costs. You're messing with the customer experience just so you can have another Rolex or something. Stop it.

Subpar customer service. Would avoid if possible as there are many locations. Lacks managerial oversight.

Great corner location on Laurel Canyon Blvd. & Riverside Dr. Friendly staff that was nice enough to remake my hot drink to an iced one after I made a mistake ordering it on the app. There's one parking lot behind the store that's pretty tight and usually full, but can often find parking on the street out front on Riverside Dr.

I don’t know if incompetent is strong enough of word to explain how stupid these employees are here it wasn’t busy at all when I went in none of them can tell me if they had my online order. There is about four of them. No customers in there all of them seemed lost scrambling around, trying to make one coffee.

My visit to Starbucks was nothing short of a comedy show, and I mean that in the best way possible. The baristas were not only skilled at their craft but also had a knack for making customers laugh, turning an ordinary coffee run into a delightful experience. As I walked in, I was greeted by a barista with a warm smile and a joke that was so bad it was good. "Why don't we serve coffee on the moon? Because it's not good to pour on mugs that are already cratered!" he quipped, setting the tone for my visit. The atmosphere was lively and fun, with the staff cracking jokes and engaging in playful banter. Even during the morning rush, they managed to keep the mood light and the service efficient. It was clear that they not only enjoyed their work but also cared about creating a positive experience for customers. The coffee, of course, was up to Starbucks' usual high standards. My latte was perfectly brewed and served at just the right temperature. The barista even attempted a bit of latte art, which turned out to be more of an abstract piece than a heart, but it was the thought (and the laugh) that counted. The only downside was that the jovial atmosphere might not be for everyone, especially if you're looking for a quiet place to work or read. But if you're in for a good laugh with your caffeine fix, this Starbucks is the place to be.In conclusion, this Starbucks offered a unique, humor-filled coffee experience. It's a reminder that sometimes, it's not just about the coffee, but also about the joy and laughter that can come with it.

I asked for extra caramel and they forgot to put it. Please pay more attention when making orders.

The staff is usually polite and friendly. The store is cleaner than a lot of other locations I've seen. Lots of windows allow you to usually have a bright and sunny table. If I could change one thing? They need to turn down the music. It's a coffee shop, not Studio 54.
