Had a nice little outside sitting area if you wanted to sit. Early in the morning, it's shaded. Afternoon NO SHADE! But there are movable umbrellas.Walk up order window has very little room for a line of more than 2 people long.It's mostly a drive-through! Very drive through friendly. Access the drive-through from the north side of the parking lot. Small parking lot.

I'd give it 4 stars but the location is very inconvenient.It's on a very busy intersection that not only impedes traffic for commuters causing more traffic but makes it difficult to access the location during certain times of the dayThe parking lot is tiny and gets full and congested easily. Most often I can't find parking so I've resorted to only coming here if I'm not driving but even the through becomes hellish because as I said you're waiting in a long line that affects regular traffic around the location.Their patio is decent and a good place to take a seat and get some work donethey close it very early thoughThe staff is friendly and they work hard but at times you'll be standing at the window for a few minutes before you get noticed

Love the location-- despise the parking lot. There is always a HUGE line for the drivethru hanging out into Burbank and its is SO hard to find a spot in the lot!! Coffee is good though :)

Ordered ahead in app, by the time I got to the drive thru pick-up window my "hot coffee" was so cooled I was able to guzzle it from the first sip... the drive thru line took way too long and really should only have access from one designated point of entry, it really was a *hi* show.

Rude stuff. Didn't answer the drive through window. Didn't even apologize for that. Didn't want to accept a drive through order at the window, telling that we need to go to the walkin pickup. We left without purchase and completely unsatisfied.

Like many other reviewer's comments... I've been to this location many times as it is on the way to my office. It has always been hit and miss with the consistency of the drink taste.Yesterday (Friday) was a mess. I queued up for the drive-thru and then ended up trapped for 25 minutes. We all sat in line without moving an inch for over 12 minutes... taking just over 25 minutes to get to the window.I asked why it took so long and the young gal said... "Starbucks does not staff us properly." I could see at least four people working and all they need to do is make coffee. Certainly not what a customer wants to hear as the reason.I was handed my drink and I drove off... until I tasted my mocha frappachino which was a combination of milk and ice with a bit of color. It was disgusting bad. I suspect they were purposefully stalling the line and delivering bad drinks on purpose.I suggest avoiding this particular location.

Extremely rude young man with glasses working the outside window…He was rude initially and he was rude when I had to return to the window to clarify something….Great Service but he needs to learn how to communicate with people…When I called him out on it, another worker aggravated the situation but I walked away…These were my old stomping grounds and boy have they changed for the worse.. I won’t go back there… it’s ironic how others have left comments about being treated with rudely at this location..
