Bad business!! This store took my moms money $175 for a catering for new years. They told her to pick them up at 2:30pm. Well when she went to pick them up, the store was closed. They took her money and won't answer the phone or anything. SCAMMERS!! Stay away! We're now going to have to get our money back or take them to small claims...

Horrible attitude and service. It's like they don't want you there.

Apparently this location doesn't accept coupons? Every other subway I have been to has accepted my subway coupon NO PROBLEM. It makes absolutely no sense to me? Is the lady f****** around or did the company tell this location and this location only to not take coupons?

First Subway that I've ever been to that does not accept SUBWAY COUPONS. That's their prerogative, and it's also my prerogative to award them a single star in this review.

This is the first Subway that I've ever been to that doesn't accept SUBWAY coupons. Every other Subway that I've eaten at does. So I left and drove 6 blocks to the next Subway, which of course happily wanted my business and accepted my coupon ("Welcome to Subway!"). As a franchisee, this Subway can choose to not accept SUBWAY coupons. And as a customer, I choose to forever give my business to one of the other 30,000 other Subways that do accept SUBWAY coupons!

Walked in to get a sub and I happened to have a coupon, employee immediately said they don't accept coupons. I asked why and he said "my boss doesn't allow it" I said "okay nevermind then" and walked outNo hate towards the employee who was just doing his job but what subway doesn't accept coupons? That's some b******* right there

For Pete's sake, everytime I come to this subway, it's 90 degrees inside, and only one person working. I feel so bad for the workers, please improve your working conditions for your employees.

After years of supporting this business I was told this week that this location no longer accepts any coupons. There was no sign posted or any notification in place about this change. I ordered multiple sandwiches with coupon in hand. When I was paying the person working there made a rude comment "I don't take coupons " , "no more" without any further explanation or discussion. I would like to get that information before I ordered given that I been using coupons there for years up to now. I felt obligated to buy what was already made, but I will not be coming back! They should notify customers about these changes, that is just good business practice. I ended up spending way more money than intended, I shared this experience at home and I was told that I should have just walk away without buying the extra sandwich . Bad customer service and the food is not worth the current prices.

After being a loyal customer of 3 years to this location I will no longer be supporting it. How are you not going to post any signs or make reference to the fact that you are not going to except any coupons!? How are you going to wait until you make them all and ring up a multi sub order before you tell a customer that that they no longer except SUBWAY coupons!?? I should have left them with all the sandwiches and walked out. Instead I will chose to not give them our business anymore. I hope the loss of 2 loyal customers that would patron this location weekly was worth your lack of customer service to 2 loyal customers. The subway franchise off of Fulton Ave is just as close.

They had one guy. And he was handling everything perfectly. One guy ran the whole store. What's the bathroom code he for it. Toasted or regular easy. It's not rocket science but he was finessing managing the whole store and making subs back to back to back. And the sun was phenomenal. I had the meatball marinara! Little secret Tip ADD EXTRA SAUCE. FREE OF CHARGE ADD THAT EXTRA MARINARA SAUCE

Very stingy with sandwich ingredients

There was only one person working, and they didn't wash their hands after handling one customer's money before building the next person's sandwich, which was gross. I left. Nothing else to say, lol.

The parking is compact. Easy indoor-seating. Nice staff! Gotten lots of subs here. Fresh ingredients.
