If I had the option, I'd issue no star. On the evening of July 7th aty 7:19 PM, my wife (a latina), 4 and 5 year-old daughters (caucasion/hispanic origin) and I (caucasion) were served by #1174 (Natalie) and through the order and checkout process received such horrible service, I was forced to comeback and register a very unpleasant complaint with the manager. From the start Natalie portrayed a horrible attitude and very poor customer service to my wife in taking our order. When it came to making our childrens sandwiches, she refused to make them the way my wife asked. Upon finally making them, the kids meatball sandwich has so much sauce slopped on it, I had to step in and have her make it again as she refused to do it for my wife, she gave me attitude so I asked another server to help us. We asked Natalie to step aside, she refused, and also started talking crap about my wife under her breath in both english and spanish to another female server we had helping us. At no time, was an apology made, nor any attempt to stop the attitude. Upon arriving home, one of the childrens sandwiches had been smashed so badly from Natalie's temper, I came back and spoke with the female manager who didn't possess the skills whatsoever to be managing anything and as a professional manager, if Natalie worked for me, she wouldn't be. She has very poor customer service skills, a crappy attitude and doesn't have a personality that is even worhty of being in a warehouse talking to a box! The manager I spoke with - No refund was offered, another male server re-made the sandwich and I left. A note about Sunway's digital customer service area, it's stupid. You can't even put a date in, although you can type everything else, so it appears Subway really doesn't care of there are issues with it's stores.

Subway is big business. I have, elsewhere on Google Maps, explained why that is often a bad thing. But I had a good sandwich there and have mellowed somewhat. Sleep on it, I say.So first, to all of you Subway lovers, let me apologize. I have no business judging them. Let those who want a fresh sandwich be the judge. One of the great things about capitalism is that those who try the hardest do the best.Subway has achieved its status in the business world because it's a really good meal.A funny thing happens with the passage of time. The faster that people eat them, the fresher they become. Your purchases somehow increase their value. In some parts of this country, even in fresh food deserts, Subway delivers a fresh and wholesome sandwich. They make it right in front of you. As you slide right, you can call out, "Extra tomatoes!" or "Hold the onions!". Isn't that what makes America great? Yes. Two thumbs up.Wheelchair accessibility: Former President Reagan, who passed the Americans with Disabilities Act, would find Subway sandwiches to be a good citizen. They've taken pains, at all facilities, to make all Americans feel welcome and comfortable. Handicapped restrooms, wheelchair ramps, and disabled persons parking - very nicely done - and just as President Reagan envisioned.

The employee I had the misfortune of encountering today was so dense. She's couldn't comprehend how to make a chicken sandwich without toasting it. She kept saying "No cheese & toasted?" No I wanted cheese I didn't want it toasted. She told me it had to be toasted since the chicken was cold. Every other flipping Subway in the world knows to take the chicken and put it in a container then put it in the microwave or oven. It was so complicated I just walked out. And fast food employees want a higher salary. Geeeezzz.

I've been here a few times. Usually is consistent, same nice clean cut lad with glasses I see in there every time I go in for to-go's. I would never recommend eating in this store. The shift leader (which I was shocked to discover) looks like a deer in the headlights with any order. Even with only protein, cheese, mayo and bread. There is another kid with glasses that I always see sitting at the same round table, hidden from the counter. Staring at his phone, completely unaware of his surroundings. He was so oblivious, that I have literally fainted on the table across from him. He didn't look up the whole time. I had to yell for help from my friend across the store. If you want to bring your family, or friends to dine inside, go to a different location. I hope that nice young guy gets promoted. He's the one good employee that they have.

There has been a lady bug in the spinach, very moldy tomatoes have been left to serve to costumers. The manger is very lazy, doesn't give her employees breaks, the agua Frescas hardly get cleaned. She also violates and lies when she's on the clock. And changes the time for everyone. Her employees have been clocked out and still working because she demands it. Horrible place to work and horrible disgusting place to eat. Needs new management.

This location has really gone down overtime. Some of the staff here is really great. However tonight, I didn't have a great experience. I ordered a sandwich to go. When I got home, the bread was severely overcooked and burnt some on the bottom. The guy making the sandwich should've known when he began cutting the bread in half for the sandwich. He should have known the bread was hard. It was easy to tell when I bit into it. It made for a horrible sandwich. The experience has definitely made me say no to Subway in the future.

Absolutely one of the worst subway stores I've ever ever walked into. The staff look at you like they're stoned out of their mind, you have to repeat your order 2-3 X'x. Today I had to repeat a request 4 x's. When you ask for a topping on your sandwich -they like dump it right in the middle of the sandwich, you have to say could you please spread it out -could you please add a little more- they look at you like you're taking it out of their own refrigerator. This is not my first bad experience, couldn't wait to post about it because I live very close to this store , but I will now drive past it to avoid it --the owner or the franchisee needs to really check in on his store
