Best late night taco truck in the valley!

Great food! Can’t go wrong with the pastor. They also just started birria. The consommé is fantastic. It’s a small team so you might have to wait a little longer but it’s worth the wait. Patience is a virtue and these lovely people deliver!

Mexican approved! asada is very flavorful and they use quality meat. Staff is great and service to match!

This is one of the best taco trucks in all of Los Angeles. The service sometimes takes a minute but is well worth it for the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff. We frequent this truck a couple of times a week. Everything is absolutely delicious, though we have a few faves I’ll talk about below. The gorditas are awesome—we’ve had the asada. They are light yet still filling. Not too big and not too small. Just right! Same can be said for the mulitas. The Tacuba fries are so good if you want to indulge. They are rich and perfect for that junk food fix, while also being still very very delicious. The portion is huge. The pastor tacos are incredible and it’s slow roasted on a spit in the truck. I like to pair it with the green salsa. I also get a bag of pickled onions from them to throw on there. I used to order asada tacos but honestly their pastor is so good, it’s all I get now. They now have quesabirria tacos and they are out of this world. The consommé is so solid. The meat in the tacos is juicy and flavorful and the cheese is plentiful, but still not too much. I can’t recommend them enough. The price is especially reasonable for the high quality. They are also very filling/larger than street tacos, so my partner and I each get a street taco or two and then split the quesabirria combo which comes with three tacos and consommé.We’ve tried a huge portion of the menu and nothing has disappointed. Definitely snag their complimentary pickled onions and roasted pepper with your order when you leave.I could legitimately eat at this truck every day.

Really delicious Mexican Street food from a truck on a really iconic LA street. (Laurel Canyon).Park at Jon's market and eat your tacos while leaning against your car.So cliché.Oh. Did I mention that tacos are $1.75. That's right. One seventy five.

This food truck is close by where I live, I pass it nearly everyday and up until I saw a video on Instagram did I finally decide to check it out. So the name Tacos Tacuba is what I can only assume an homage to a classic Mexican rock group named 'Café Tacvba'The food itself wasn't bad, I'd say it's average for what it is. There is a steady amount of people I see every time I pass by, I stuck with a simple mulita on this visit because that's what I saw on IG that made me finally decide to make the jump on the food truck, although it didn't come out like what I saw on IG, it was still pretty good, I do plan on going back to try the other items on their menu

My wife and I hired Tacos Tacuba to serve food for an event on Saturday from 10 p.m. - Midnight. The guest was surprised to see the Taco Tacube food truck pull up to the event to serve tacos and quesadillas. This was a big hit as my guest enjoyed the delicious food. I highly recommend reaching out to Tacos Tacuba for your next event. No taco stand setup was needed, the price was very reasonable compared to other taco vendors, and the food was amazing. My wife and I continue to return to one of their locations on Burbank and Van Nuys blvd, parked alongside Ralph's supermarket on Burbank blvd..

The absolute worst food and service. Totally butchered my order and refused to replace my order. The food is horrible and the service is worst. Absolutely do not try. A waste of money and time

Ordered only 2 tacos with only asada no onions no cilantro no salsa waited 15 minutes just asked for my money back

Really wanted to try these tacos. I pass by their truck on Burbank Blvd near Van Nuys in front of Ralph's Market all the time on the way home from work & finally decided to try them out, but sadly, I did not notice they are CASH ONLY until after I ordered. Oh well... I rarely carry cash so I guess I won't be trying them any time soon. Too bad. I was really looking forward to it too.

Asada that's actually flavorful and doesn't need to be drowned in salsa in order to be able to taste it? Never thought I'd experience that until I stopped by here. A place that's literally 30 seconds from where I live. Fantastic seasoned quality food and the freshest salsa I've ever experienced. Damn fine quality food at a great price. Support these folks.

Wow!! Best tacos and burritos in the San Fernando Valley!! Always nice to see this truck parked on the corner of Magnolia and Laurel Canyon. The carnitas and al pastor are off the charts here. The food is fresh and delicious, the truck is spotless, the chef is skilled, and it's an affordable meal!! This taco truck is awesome!!
