Food was severely overpriced and I barely got any meat. To me you'd get more meat from waba grill or flame broiler. I guess this is supposed to be a "hyped" food truck. Save your money but if you DO decide to go there lol plan to spend at least 25-50 bucks on a single plate and then wait another 45 minutes.

I have been coming here off and on since they first opened. I went and ordered two plates and only gave a 2 dollar tip . To me I think that was ok since the prices went up and 2 dollars for not doing anything for me but give me a ticket with a number on it!!! The girl was helping me and after she helped me she turned and started talking to a worker right next to her in Spanish. Little did she know that I'm Mexican to and understood everything she said. When I got my plates they both had only 8 pieces of chicken in it. The vegetables were black and rotten. I will never go back again ever. If I could give it a zero I would . DONT EAT HERE .

It's good (not great) and a little on the expensive side. We usually order then go into BevMo for our adult beverages. Wait can be 20 or more minutes. I order with extra garlic!

$45 for a plate of street truck food...definitely price gouging, isultingly high prices. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs so as not to encourage this sort of business.

Beware and ask for a receipt because they will add on to the tip you left and your transaction on your credit card statement will be different from what you remember your total being !! Also for the price your much better going down to Ventura blvd and just going to Yamatos or Benihana's same amount you'll be paying per person and better food quality, quantity and experience. We ask for medium on the filet. That filet was WELL DONE. No pink in sight. Rubber chewy consistency. Anyway again make sure to obtain a receipt to not have them be fraudulent and add on to what you've already paid.

Best food truck in the valley. Very pricey but most definitely worth it! Food is fresh and they don't skimp on the good stuff. Highly recommend

Took 40 minutes to get food. Way to long for a food truck. A restaurant takes less time for what I ordered. Never again for sushi.

We order from 405 Teppanyaki all the time, but this time we had a horrible experience and will never order from them again. Here is what happen!! We ordered 10 plates and payed almost $ 400, five of the plates had lobster in them, the lobster was horribly salty old and looked like throw up. I called to let them know, the supervisor was very rude, he did not even want to here me out,did not even sound like he cared that a customer is upset that they gave her old seafood, which can be very harmful for a person. Beware their seafood is old and harmful !!!

Giving this place 3 stars for the food but 1 star for the scam they run, and im putting the 1 star first because it was not an accident and there were other people in line with issues.**The Food Vs The Price**So the food is cool BUT NO WHERE CLOSE to the ASTRONOMICAL price. These prices are what you would pay at a high end hibachi restaurant sitting in front of a Hibachi Grill with a live performance. This is an outside Hibachi truck with no cover, seats, tables or even standing tables to eat. You get your food and go. From what I’ve read from other reviewers, food quality has gone down. I haven’t been here since some of these other people to say for sure but I do ageew it’s probably true.- What We Ordered: One plate of half steak half chicken and fried rice and vegetables. We asked if they could do half rice half yakisoba noodles. They said “no it will be extra $7” so we said no worries just the rice. Total = $50 NOT INCLUDING TIP. Insane. For one plate of food in a food truck** The Scam **We received the order not long after. It has the Yakisoba noodles. They charged us extra even after we clearly said no. They tried to convince us to take it. We said no. So they took the noodles out and preceedee to give us a refund. It came in cash, fine. They said they’d give us $7 however it should be $7 plus the tax we paid but i wasn’t going argue over that. They hand me the cash, its $6. Didnt even bother arguing. This was obviously all intetional given they screwed the next guy by shorting him things he ordered and it was clear they were wrong. Trying to cut corners and pocket extra where they can. Now if the single plate of food wasnt $50 + I wouldnt care about a couple bucks but when you’re charging an insane price at a food truck with little overhead, don’t mess up and dont short me!
