ICE COLD I ordered depict all of the bad reviews because sometimes the reviews are based by opinion and taste. But i have never ordered from door dash and my food arrives cold. This pizza was ice cold and so were my chicken wings. The pizza looked 3 days old. My husband and i still ate some because we COULDN'T cancel the order and we were so hungry after a long day at work we didn't want our money to go down the drain. So we warmed it up and ate it. I will never ever order from this place again. Please upgrade the taste, warmth, and presentation of your pizza and im sure more people will start to talk about how good it is. But for now nothing but a disappointment.

Going during the night time and ordering pizza with a couple of friends was my case. Parking was plentiful (it was night time).The pizza was delicious, and the wait time wasn't all that bad (it was night and they barely had anyone). We walked in, ordered, and sat down to await our Italian delight.The only complaint I have is that there were no disposable plates for the pizza and no ice in the drinks.Other than that. It wasn't all that bad.

this restaurant has 4 names : Alessandro's Pizza, Festival Pizza, NY Crust Pizza, and Vegan Pizza to scam ratings in the system . the workers are rude , and the food made me sick, when I returned it the worker snatched it from me and refused service . order at your own risk

First of all they don't wear gloves.. Gross ? The place smells like weed. Customer service as mentioned in other reviews is terrible. Definitely not coming here again.

Any good review of this place was either a fluke or from someone who is just content with anything in life. This was probably the worst pizza spot I've ever had in the valley or the Los Angeles area in general. I ordered a basic margarita pizza and an order of mozzarella sticks and I didn't plan on finishing it. The pizza was bland as ever and tasted like a desert due to the copious amounts of sugar in the pizza sauce. The crust was mediocre and the pizza as a whole was a complete disappointment. The mozzarella sticks were incredibly bland as well. It's seemed as if there was no seasoning at all, even in the breadcrumbs. The "marina" sauce was the same sugary sauce they put on the pizza. Again, I didn't finish the mozzarella sticks or the pizza. I had a single slice of pizza and a single mozzarella stick before deciding I had wasted my money entirely. I will never again be eating here.

Okay we ordered from this place super late and the food was SO. BOMB. got the penne vodka per house's recommendation and it was seriously amazing. Check it out!! Yelp is deceiving sometimes, and especially for a restaurant that caters for the late night + early crowd, I understand the deficits in consistency but this place is for real legit
