Valet parking was great and the event staff were nice and quick. The Vinnie space is elegant with extra flair. The venue has high ceilings and LED color changing lights everywhere. The food was also very good. We had buffet style and the only complaint was they did not do two sides for serving and they did not refill the hummus, salad, or sauce. There was plenty of hot food and desserts though.

The adult Armenian parking attendant is a very rude and tactless person. He talks to clients as if they owe him something! Everything else was great, but this man ruined the mood and the evening with his behavior. I hope he will soon change his profession and it will not be related to interaction with people! Such individuals should not be allowed into such positions, especially in places where people come to relax and have a good time. After talking with him, you will no longer want to visit this establishment! It would be even better if there was no valet there at all!

Adding insult to injury, the venue imposes an array of suffocating restrictions, leaving you with no room for creativity or personal touches.The initial rental fee of $12,000 may seem acceptable until you start uncovering the hidden charges. Need to use their LCD TV? That'll cost you an outrageous $800 extra! And don't even get me started on the sorry state of the facilities. The carpets are stained and grubby, giving the impression of a space that hasn’t seen a proper cleaning in ages.Oh, and that 'included' cake? It turned out to be a fake one, a sneaky tactic to cut corners and save themselves a few bucks while passing off the cost to unsuspecting customers.Their food selection is a minefield of hidden fees. My daughter's quince was this past Saturday. My complaints are with Steve who we signed our contract with a year ago. We were told they do a mock cake but it's custom decorated how we want, I bought a specific topper, requested fresh flowers on it only to come in the day of the event to a plastic cake! It was dirty looking and chipped just the ugliest thing, what an eye sore. Our court main table was changed without notifying me and of course the kids didn't fit because my daughter's dress was big so kids were cramped. He tried to tell me the original long table didn't fit yet there was space to shift the ugly cake tabl I used one of their photo booth contacts and getting a quince frame design was a nightmare we ended up with a new year's theme one only because it was the night before our event and had no option but I had been asking months prior for samples. I feel it was the communication with Steve that led to these issues. The venue is beautiful, wait staff was amazing. Clean spacious bathrooms. Food was good and served family style. I recommend if booking here to have every detail in writing so that you get exactly what was promised. Ask about extra fees as I was surprised when I wanted to bring in outside vendors and they requested cleaning deposit, event insurance and if you want to use the big screen that they newly installed to project an image for the night.

Great place to have your next occasion. I have done my kids first bday there. My brothers wedding was there. When my brother had his twins I did a party there to celebrate. This last time my close friend had a baby and we went there to celebrate. They have a big hall and a small hall fit to all your occasions. Food and service is next level

10/10 venue! My wife and I got married here last month and it was absolutely magical. Steve and his team made the experience so incredible and easy. Steve answers all the time, has a wealth of knowledge, and is extremely friendly. The whole experience was incredible.
