I feel blessed to live so close to this gem. I love their cashew chicken, pad thai (both the chicken and shrimp one), pad see ew, gyoza, shrimp cake, fried wonton, fried banana, and Thai tea. The service is great, and if they are not too busy, they serve the food right away. It can be pricey, but the taste is so worth it.

Normally, I like coming in his business and getting my wife's favorite dish but obviously there's something going on with their customer service that they don't know how to communicate properly or they put you on hold when you wanna place the order for pick up and you literally end up waiting for about 10 minutes. 24 2024 I come to pick up order from my wife I placed the order at 5:40 PM, mind you it's a super rainy day been outside working all day I'm exhausted woman watches. The phone tells me your order is going to be 25 minutes, I walk in 20 minutes and she asked me. Hey are you here for pick up? And yes I I am the name is James and she acknowledges that come to find out I'm waiting up to 15 minutes for a basic order. You guys need to hire more workers or get rid of GrubHub or any of these other food delivery services. To treat your customers and acknowledge them how long they've been waiting. Hey, your order is going to be running a little bit late for your apologize for it but no they just take your money and say oh I'm sorry. Wow that worked out great. So if you want your order on time, I would avoid this place by all means.

Possibly the very best coconut shrimp soup and I have tasted several in different parts of the USA and nothing comes close to this soup! Simply amazing love it !

No other Thai food can beat Baan Thai. From the moment you try their food, your taste buds will explode in awe! This food is so delicious, I kid you not, I frequent here a lot and can’t stop coming back! Service is A+++, Food is A++++++++ if I could rate this place a million stars I would! I’ve been to every Thai food place all over SoCal, and I always say that nothing can top this place.Favorite entrees: Cashew Chicken, All the soups for cold days, Jerky over fried rice, their Curry is also amazing!You must check this spot out, I promise you will be back and remember this review.Thanks Baan Thai!Local customer since 2019 and for many years to come.Ps: The prices are a little expensive but worth every penny.
Came here because our usual Thai spot was closed for the Holidays.Definitely didn't disappoint. The staff was eager and kind and the food was delicious. Definitely loved the gyoza.

Don't let the location fool or deter you from stopping by to experience great service and quality food. I've been coming here for about 6 years and their dishes have stayed consistent and tasty. They have free delivery within a 2 mile radius which is so convenient! I truly appreciate that. Our favs include the Pad Ka Paow with fried egg, House Fried Rice, Pad Kee Mao, Seafood soup, Fried Wonton and Larb, just to name a few!! They have lots of vegan options and I always get the tofu. Big chunks!! The staff is always smiling and friendly. They treat their regulars right! I've eaten at many Thai restaurants, but this is the first choice for me. Please give them a try.

This spot is right across from Kaiser panoroma, so a lot of health care workers order from here and initially i had some concerns with the larb order, but they fixed the issue quickly. I tried the green curry and it was excellent!!! Tasty, hot, bamboo shoots were great, one of the best green curries i had. Will let the nurses and doctors know! Thank you for good customer service! Will be back!

I've been coming here forever because I live around the corner and this place has just gotten worse. Their prices are just way too but for the quantity and for what it is, now don't get me wrong their food is good. The service is horrible every time we eat there the waiter takes forever to come to our table, has attitude, we have to constantly be calling her over, and she gets orders wrong. It's always her I don't know how she still works there. Today there were NO customers there but us, my mom had to get up so many times to tell her we were ready to order, to bring us water etc. because she never checked on us.
