Sucks that they are closed permanently. I drove by today and it said in their door closed permanently. They have great product, its just their customer service is lacking.

Let me start off by saying I used to work at this location and we used to serve food that was actually edible. I know that most places have gone up in prices but I just spend $15 on a large turkey and I was beyond disappointed with the quality of food and service that I received when purchasing my food. The food was cold and the amount of sides that I received were laughable. I don't understand how a Boston Market has gone from given proper serving plates to a f****** box now. I received my food inside of a box that you would typically get Chinese food in. On top of that I didn't get an utensils or napkins with my food that I ordered to go. The restaurant was super empty as I was the only customer ordering food so it wasn't for a lack of them being busy it's just the workers and manager being lazy. The manager Julio was the one who made my plate of food and didn't give me the amount that I should have received when paying the amount that I paid. Long story short save your money and your time and don't eat here. This will be the last time I ever purchase food from this restaurant.

I really like this Boston Market. I always go for the chicken pot pie. Call ahead to make sure they have it... sometimes they have to heat sme up for 25 min but it's worth the wait I think. I haven't tried any other food here aside from the chicken pot pies. Always loaded with chicken and delicious. I signed up for their rewards so they send me cool promos. They always want to include utensils, but I decline since they're actually banned in Europe and single use plastic is a problem. That guy complaining cld just grab stuff from home and keep in the car. They also have one of those cool soda machines where you can get cherry coke zero or so many other flavor combos. I think the included cornbread is tasty too.. especially when it's warmed up. The people there are nice too .. appreciate them answering the phone.

Boston market sent me a coupon to buy a rotisserie chicken dinner and get one free so I found that hard to pass up so I made the order online with my app went to the store my food was ready and it was amazingly good, they even had some giant chocolate chip cookies which me and my girlfriend got one each!

Ordered turkey. Spent about $14. I'll let the photo speak for itself. I called the restaurant and they gave me a refund, but this is just pathetic and they should be embarrassed by both the quality of their food AND by the quality of their staff members if they think this is ok to serve customers. It's sad because I used to LOVE Boston Market as a kid. Oh well.

This is one of the few places to get "Comfort Food"! Very nice assortment of choices: Chicken, Turkey, Meatloaf, and Ribs! The manager, Zulema, keeps things in good order! She cares that customers are satisfied! Yummy!

I went there on December 24th around noon to pick up some take out food. The front door was locked, and there was a line of people outside. The lady said it would be 10 minutes if I wanted to get something. About 20 minutes later she came out and said they weren't taking any more take out orders, They were only giving out the online orders. No wonder they're going out of business, Good riddance. I certainly won't go back for another round of that. NEXT

Wow...how to start. Firstly, I won't blame local location..items were apparently, prepared elsewhere because items were distributed from a refrigerated trailer. Very unorganized... Boston Market used to be very good...USED to be .I was very disappointed with EVERYTHING I ordered for Thanksgiving 2022. I ordered all sides $148.00 worth....and refused to serve to my family...mac n cheese terrible very disappointing..watered down. Waiting in line 2 1/2 hours they should have taken the time to ensure that what they were delivering was representative of their brand. If so, I can see why they are in jeopardy of closure.. I went to Costco to make up for disastrous BM purchase. I feel sorry for anyone who didn't have resources to go purchase alternative items... the staff were doing the best they could...i wish i had checked prior years reviews before i even ordered.

Terrible customer service. Customers wait for an hour and more to receive their orders. When you place an order online with a CONFIRMATION number, apparently it’s not enough for these people. They are demanding to see a bank statement. I am very confused on how relevant my routing and account number is with my order. Again, I showed them that I have the confirmation number and email. They have multiple managers all of which are incompetent. If I could give lower than a one star I would.

Terrible service, we preordered for a staff lunches to arrive at 11:00am , at 1:00pm, food still did not arrive, we called the location and they said they could not provide a time that the food would get to us.. while we had all staff members waiting on lunch.Do not recommend using them, not professional and cannot handle the business. The Manager was unavailable as the staff said manager was in a bad mood. To top if off they also said they were not able to provide a refund and to call their head office.

This place is unprofessional and ridiculous! Placed an order days ago. I received a confirmation email stating that I had paid and my order would be ready at 3. I get here and have been standing in line for almost an hour with hours to go. They say my order isn't ready and that their system is down and they aren't sure I paid for it. NEVER ordering from Boston market again.
